Oil change with no oil I’ll start with the most alarming issue we’ve had. After our first oil change with a new lease I found out (due to an indicator light) that no one had I’ll start with the most alarming issue we’ve had. After our first oil change with a new lease I found out (due to an indicator light) that no one had put oil in our vehicle... I had this confirmed by another Mazda dealership after we had moved out of the area. The service manager still hasn’t returned a single call, voicemail, or note for 3 weeks now. I missed a day of work and had to pay $50 out of pocket for oil so my engine didn’t blow, when I already pay for a service package, but there’s been no reimbursement mentioned to us this far. Another issue: This is our first time leasing and they told us that if we need to add more miles -and if we come within the first few months- that we could raise the miles, no problem. Now we’re being told that this is not possible; completely different information than what Jesse and Tim gave us. Seems like a misleading statement just to close a deal and we aren’t very pleased, but we will make the best of it. Can’t say we’ll come back or recommend anymore. More
Cash for New Car Experience When my wife and I decided we wanted to purchase a Mazda CX-5 we were so excited to be buying this car with cash. Sales Staff were friendly and helpf When my wife and I decided we wanted to purchase a Mazda CX-5 we were so excited to be buying this car with cash. Sales Staff were friendly and helpful and accommodating. When we met with the Financing Agent things changed and we were told that a credit check was necessary to verify our identity. We reminded the Financing Agent that this was NOT necessary since we are paying with cash. The mood changed and my wife and the Financing agent began to argue about this. My wife has worked in the banking and compliance area for over 25 years, and knows the laws very closely. This is not necessary by any means. My wife was very upset and left. I asked the Finance Agent to contact her manager and see if this was a Morrie's Policy or not. After a lengthy conversation with her Manager it was not necessary (as I overheard on the phone call). We did leave with the CX-5, we love the CX-5, we just hope this financial practice is corrected. Even though we had a terrible outcome with the Financial Agent, it was corrected in our favor. I would recommend Morrie's because of the Sales Staff experience. Very knowledgeable and helpful staff upfront and working with you. They are not paid on commission, which is helpful to know. I am giving a three star rating on the overall experience, if I just had to give it on the Sales Staff, it would have been 5 stars. More

Set me up with exactly what I needed it, and the turnaround was bar none. I came in on a Thursday, test drove the car until Friday evening and had new keys in hand by Saturday afternoon.
