I think the efforts to sell the car was a little humorous but effective. Thought it was a good experience overall. I didn't get everything I wanted but I didn't ask for some of the items I thought would auto but effective. Thought it was a good experience overall. Overall I think I got a fair deal and a good product. More
My fiancé and I worked with Robert to purchase our brand new Mazda CX-50. We drove almost an hour to this dealership and did not regret it at all. He is very welcoming and easy to work! Buying a car is a big decision and they were very patient with us as we tried to nail down our decision. We also worked with Jacob in Finance and he was also great to work with - very transparent and thorough with the process! Would definitely recommend him and this dealership. More
Everyone is quite helpful, Richard, Andy, and sorry I forgot the other manager name, everyone is awesome. But the Indian guy who asked me to do tons of signatures is not very professional or helpful. I w forgot the other manager name, everyone is awesome. But the Indian guy who asked me to do tons of signatures is not very professional or helpful. I was asking whether I can give the registration card instead of title for complete the trade in. he kept saying no and was so impatient, let me go back to find title. Eventually, thanks to another professional man do not know his name, it turns out I just need a signature and the registration card. Overall, this is a great experience. Andy was fantastic, so professional and patient and nice. If any of my friend want mazda car, I would highly recommend morris and let them find Andy. More
This was the type of car dealership experience that will poison your idea or car dealerships for life.. I will start by saying Matt my sales guy was nice and seemed to be genuinely interested in helping me. poison your idea or car dealerships for life.. I will start by saying Matt my sales guy was nice and seemed to be genuinely interested in helping me. That is the only good thing I have to say about my experience today. My lease was set to expire end of the month. I was weighing my options. I made an appointment went in and when I arrived sat down with Matt. A finance manager came over to say hello and repeated to ask if I wanted coffee. I don't think he was listening to me at all because after I told him no thank you, he proceeded to ask me two more times. I then watched as this finance guy and two other employees went to work making a deal with another single woman buying a car a desk over. Watching this I thought "God, are they serving her a load of crap." I test drove a new vehicle, which was lovely, however my buyout was so good it was going to be hard to beat. It's a good car and I was open about the fact that I may want to keep it. I asked for numbers on both a new lease and the buyout. A window protector had been put on my estimate. I was asked to sign a paper saying I wanted this while still at the desk and that I could decide later. I declined. We submitted credit applications and I headed back to the finance office. This is where the shady garbage really began. I was offered Gap insurance. Here's the problem. My buyout was far under what the vehicle is worth. Gap insurance was not remotely in my best interest. Then we went round and round about an extended warranty. This finance guy kept saying, "I'm not a salesman. I am not here to sell you anything. I am just a pencil pusher." The warranty he wanted me to buy was nearly double a warranty I could be directly from Mazda and 20%of the purchase price of the vehicle. I messaged with my brother who is a car guy who said, "they are trying to sell you gap insurance!?! Don't buy that." At this point I said I don't want the gap or the warranty just the car. The energy in the room shifted and finance guy stood abruptly grabbed his phone and said, "I'll be right back." I called my brother and was on the phone when my finance guy came in with the finance guy that had offered me coffee three times earlier that morning. I said, I am have to speak with my brother and left the office. At this point I was uncomfortable and angry, and frankly ready to walk out. I went back in and at that point I was given paperwork to sign on my vehicle. I understand they are in business to make a buck but this experience felt degrading and flat out gross. I also wonder if I would have been treated differently had I been a man or been with a man.It also appears that perhaps my buyout numbers were initially inflated to get me to lean towards a lease. With everything the same on my quote my payment on my quote was $346 the actual number with only the windshield product removed came to $317. I will not go back to Morrie's. More

He made the process smooth and brought several cars up front to show us that met our search criteria. Loved talking and working with Rob and the team. We were given many options and a lease worked best on a new 2024 C3. Will highly recommend this dealership. More
