Grand Ledge Ford has taken such good care of me after the sale by way of excellent service, both in and out of warranty. During my most recent visit I worked with Krista Anderson. Krista was pleasant, professional, and really knew how to get the answers I needed on my warranty quickly. During the time my vehicle was in service Krista's communication with me was top-notch. If something extra was needed, she called and clearly explained everything. No surprises! Thank you Krista, Randy, Tony, and the rest of the Grand Ledge Ford team for the great service!!! More

Warranty work I took my 2015 ford truck in for some minor warranty work. Well, what I considered minor. My biggest issue was the dye was wearing off the drivers sea I took my 2015 ford truck in for some minor warranty work. Well, what I considered minor. My biggest issue was the dye was wearing off the drivers seat. Grand ledge ford submitted the claim to ford and ford denied the claim stating this is "normal". I don't think dye wearing off a seat is normal, especially on a 5 1/2 month old truck. But just as I was starting to get upset, the service manager, Brian, said that grand ledge ford was going to take care of free of charge. That was outstanding service. I thought I was gonna have to fight with ford over this but Grand Ledge Ford relieved me from any frustration. Much appreciated. More

Dorene was also helpful and seemed just excited as I was that I was getting the car I was. Joel also took the time to explain everything with the loan very well and make sure I was happy with everything. Great team and also thanks to Marianne for allowing my daughter to play with the dog (Cosmo), sorry if I spelled it wrong but my daughter loved playing with the dog then getting to hit the gong once we purchased. I purchased a F150 Lariat Pickup and the purchase transaction was coordinated well and she was timely in her communication. I feel Doreen goes above and beyond to help the customer and she makes you feel comfortable, not pressured. I am very satisfied with the friendliness of the dealership staff and would highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle there or get your vehicle serviced. I called them and asked for more details, such as any imperfections that were not showing up in the internet photos. They went right to work and shortly emailed me additional pictures that they took in response to my phone inquiry. There was no major issues, I bought the SUV, got a great price, and I am overall impressed with the friendly, quick response to my inquiry. Integrity is sorely lacking in this world we live in today, but GLFL impressed me with their respect and response! More
Excellence in sales and kindness! My husband & I went car shopping at Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 to look for a new used car. We were immediately greeted by My husband & I went car shopping at Grand Ledge Ford Lincoln on Tuesday, August 25, 2015 to look for a new used car. We were immediately greeted by Rob Beckwith, who was friendly and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. We didn't feel any pressure to decide on the spot and he answered all questions professionally and with courtesy. He talked about the different types of vehicles available as well as the helpful ratings of the cars and trucks that Ford has to offer. We found a car we wanted to test drive and before the drive even started he made sure the vehicle was safe and even put air in the tire that was slightly low. During the drive there was casual conversation and not once did he seem to be "putting us on" or forcing his agenda. He was genuine in his approach to making sure we were getting a quality car and a quality price. Due to financing limitations, he generously offered a deal on the car we wanted and forfeited his commission to allow us to drive away with a new used vehicle. I am grateful and sincerely appreciate Mr. Beckwith's kindness. Without him as our guide, the car buying process would have been lackluster and frustrating. Its an unfortunate stigmata about car salespeople not doing a good job, being greedy or not enough to help the customer, but with Rob Beckwith it was a rewarding experience for both of us! . He even made sure the fuel was replenished before we drove away...we will absolutely be coming back to Rob Beckwith for other purchases. Thank you and God Bless Rob Beckwith! More

I had to order the car and while it took longer to get than I anticipated, Rob Beckwith exceeded my expectations in his efforts to make sure I got the car I wanted and at the price I wanted. Joel Conn did a great job in handling the paperwork. Both were low pressure knowledgeable professionals. Grand Ledge Ford is very customer focused and make the car buying experience a very pleasant one. David Calabrese More
