NEVER GOING BACK THERE AGAIN This is the WORST experience I've ever had with a dealership and i do not recommend Morrie's to anyone, before i even submitted the application for th This is the WORST experience I've ever had with a dealership and i do not recommend Morrie's to anyone, before i even submitted the application for the vehicle i wanted I specifically told the finance manager and the other guy working there that was helping me (multiple times and i can't stress that enough) to not run my application through multiple banks/credit unions because I DID NOT want multiple "Hard Inquiries" on my credit report, so long story short they sent my application out over to over 10 different banks and credit unions. My score has dropped 70 points on 1 and over 40 on the other which could have been prevented with my multiple attempts to tell them (over phone and email) not to do it. I am very unsatisfied with how they ignored my requests and to be honest I feel like they do "Shady Stuff" like this all the time to other potential customers. They let me sign the papers and go home with the vehicle and to my understanding that the sale is done once i drive off the lot and papers signed but for a week and a half they was trying to have me return the vehicle and and put me in a option of multiple vehicles i didn't like or want, the whole process from start to end was very frustrating and not worth my time because I could of easily went to a different dealership and not had my credit ruined in the process of buying this vehicle. In the end i got to keep the orginal vehicle i went there for and i appreciate the help (for the most part) they did to keep me in it but not at the expense of my credit getting dragged through the mud. Another thing I must add is that the communication was going good (again for the most part) between the people at the dealership but once the sale was Final all communication stopped even when I tried to contact them through email. Save yourself the hassle and go to a different dealership because if I knew what I know now I would have never went there . I DO NOT TRUST THEM AND THIS IS THE WORST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!! STAY AWAY. More
