I have been a Morrie's Saab customer for over 13 years. The quality of service is extraordinary. I am greeted by name, and I never have to worry about my car. Things are fixed right the first time. Whether I have an appointment or drop in with an emergency, I am always treated courteously. All the folks in the service department have been great at giving me information about my service options. Service Manager Jamie Clipson is the best! He consistently goes out of his way to make me feel welcome and relaxed, even when I'm stressed about the car. Jamie has earned my business as a Saab customer - I can't imagine owning another vehicle or trusting my service to another dealer. I wish I had more thumbs - "two thumbs up" just isn't enough for Morrie's Saab Service! More
Nicole was easy to work with. We loved her personality and her HONESTY!! Which is very hard to find in this field nowadays. Joe was the sales Manager. I think he did a good job of explaining things and he tried to be fair. His verbal delivery could be adjusted a bit. Thought for the most part it was a great experience. We had to bring the car back for the rotars and they made sure the problem was taken care of. We also love the oil change/car wash offer that came with the car purchase......WE BOUGHT HAPPY! More
My experience today was great. Everybody worked so hard to get me the car I wanted even though it was over my price range. Heidi was fantastic and was so honest when she didn't have an answer she went to to get me the car I wanted even though it was over my price range. Heidi also brought in a service employee who knew about my car to explain all about the make and model since it wasn't her expertise. Dave worked hard to help me solve a problem with my buyer of my car so there would be less drama in the family-outstanding thoughtfulness. Bill (I think his name was Bill) in the financing department was truly a hero to me also-he did so much moving things around to help me be able to afford the car. Again I was looking for a lower priced car, but he made it possible for me to drive away with a car that was more money and had everything in it I wanted. I also really love the oil change and car wash setup, it was definitely something that sold me on Morrie's. Heidi was was great she let me take the cars out more than once to see the difference and she even helped other customers in between my waiting times-nice multitasking. I am still in shock that I just came home with such a wonderful car and none of it would be possible without all the people who helped me today at Morrie's. Even the other people who didn't help me were super nice and congratulated me on my car and told me how good of a choice it was. Oh, and Morrie's fed me lunch too! Thank you so much for everything. I consider my car an investment and you all helped me pick a wonderful one. Many thanks and bless you all. More

Outstanding customer service from my sales person, Heidi Gerst!! She has an incredible ability to balance being a professional and making you feel extremely comfortable at the same time. When I explained my situation and what I was trying to accomplish, she immediately told me about a couple cars that she thought would work for me, and one was a perfect fit! AND, the normally dreadful and long finance process was truly a piece of cake. The gentlemen who assisted with finance, Aaron Barr was very informative, helpful and patient. For me, this was a no pressure - no stress deal that made my life easier. Thanks Morries! Seriously, I bought "Happy" check them out!! More
I have had an issue with my ignition in my 2006 Cadillac Escalade, I brought it to the Cadillac Dealership that I purchased it from.(I will be writing them a review in a second) They were unable to recreat Escalade, I brought it to the Cadillac Dealership that I purchased it from.(I will be writing them a review in a second) They were unable to recreate the issue so out of frustration I brought it to Morries Cadillac in Golden Valley. From the second that I walked in the door. Jamie (I believe the Service Manager) Greeted me, took my information and worked with me to solve the issue quickly. They gave me a ride to work, and picked me up from work with my car repaired (For a ton Cheaper than I originally expected. I would recommend them for any car make or model to get your repairs done with them. More

We have a CTS & an Escalade.. he has always been friendly and HELPFUL. He has found & solved problems that "other Cadillas" Dealerships in our area were unable to locate, let alone solve the problem We know that when our vehicle leaves Morries that it is operating properly and efficiently.. I have been a Morrie's Saab customer for many years. I have always had exceptional service but yesterday they really went completely out of there way to help me. Dead battery, got the car "jumped", deale have always had exceptional service but yesterday they really went completely out of there way to help me. Dead battery, got the car "jumped", dealer closes at 6 pm on Friday, Jeramy told me at 5:35 to get the car there asap. Arrived at 5:50, drove out at 6:30 with the car's electrical system checked and a brand new battery. I'm sure Jeramy and Bob did not leave until after 7 pm. They really saved me! I am not the kind of person that generally will write a review or take the time to tell others about a service that was provided to me. This was outstanding! I purchase a new vehicle once every two years or so. I would like to think that I am a informed shopper. I was prepared for the hassles that come along with purchasing a new vehicle. I was taken by surprise by how great I was treated while at Morrie's Cadillac saab. Though in a meeting the General Manager (I did not catch his name) came to greet me to see if I needed any assistance as I walked through the door. He then answered my questions to locate the vehicle that I was interested in and made sure that the Manager Mr. Burr (whom was extremely pleasant as well) took care of me. I was not planning on purchasing a vehicle this soon but I was impressed with the level of customer care that I was shown. Thank you guys if you read this or who ever can see these on here. I have to admit, I shopped around. When I went into the Cadillac Store in Golden Valley. They made me feel extremely comfortable. It seems that most auto stores are using this best price stuff but you have to wonder. Not only did they give me the prices but they showed my why and we sat and compared those to every other "like" vehicle. Next Dave appraised my trade in, I have loved my 2008 Honda Accord for the last couple of years but now that the family is growing I wanted to get into a bit larger of a vehicle.(Honda CRV) Dave made me a very similar offer as the other guys but he showed me again how he comes to the price. I was a bit nervous about this whole situation but the folks (Heidi Gerst and Dave Zirbes) over at Morries Cadillac and Saab really made this a pleasant situation. I would highly recommend them to any of my friends or family. More
I took my Car in to get serviced and the dealership left my keys in the car. As a result my car was STOLEN off the lot. They NEVER apologised that my car was stolen and it was horrible to try to get a ren my keys in the car. As a result my car was STOLEN off the lot. I had to keep calling them to get any answers out of them and I had to keep showing up at the dealership where they would try to get me to leave or put me in a office to keep quiet. The GM told me that "you may think that you are important but you are not". I will NEVER go to ANY MORRIES dealership again!!! More
