We drove 2 hours to find the perfect car. My fiance and I are just starting out on our own and Quality and price are very important for us. We needed someone who would work with us. He made us very comfortable and gave us all of our options on his best selection. Gary went and turned on our vehicle so it would be warm before we test drove it. He brought us into a lighted shop so we could really see what we were looking at since it was dark and gave us plenty of time to discuss our purchase without being pressured. We ended up getting a great vehicle from a great place with great people. More

In the past I have always had a very negative experience when purchasing a used car. Even when working with reputable dealers I found that their sole goal was just to get the car sold. When I decided I needed a car earlier this year I did some research and ultimately decided on Morrie’s Cadillac/Saab. I am happy to say that my experience with your dealership has changed my whole attitude about buying a car. Heidi Gerst is largely responsible for this. Her honesty, ability to connect with people and true desire to help the customer is extremely refreshing. She has a way of making you feel at ease during a process that can be very intimidating. I was so satisfied that when my husband needed a car two months later we came right back to Morrie's and to Heidi. Even though it has been several months since we purchased our cars, anytime we reach out to her she continues to show excellent customer service. I will continue to tell others about this great experience and should I know of anyone who needs a car I will feel good about recommending both Morrie's and Heidi knowing they will be well taken care of. Morrie's Cadillac were excellent to deal with and Gary Carter, sales representative, was very friendly and knowledgeable in negotiating a deal on my new (used) Cadillac Excalade.
