In the past I have always had a very negative experience when purchasing a used car. Even when working with reputable dealers I found that their sole goal was just to get the car sold. Her honesty, ability to connect with people and true desire to help the customer is extremely refreshing. She has a way of making you feel at ease during a process that can be very intimidating.
