We have been given exceptional service by Pat Kyes - the General Manager of Morries Cadillac. We had the pleasure of dealing with him at Morries Kia (where we leased a Sorrento and purchased a used truck f General Manager of Morries Cadillac. We had the pleasure of dealing with him at Morries Kia (where we leased a Sorrento and purchased a used truck from him, both this past summer). Everyone we dealt with there, from the front desk, to the finance area, to Pat, made our experience a great one. Pat has now moved to Morries Cadillac and I went to have my Kia run through the car wash yesterday and to say hello to him at his new dealership. He greeted me at the door and insisted on taking the car through the wash himself! I have really enjoyed the carwash at the dealerships - any of the Morries stores will take my car through. That has been a great treat. I would highly recommend Pat and would share that Morries gives exceptional customer service! More

ABSOLUTLY THE WORST SERVICE EXPERIENCE OF ANY CAR DEALERSHIP I HAVE DEALT WITH OVER THE LAST 28 YEARS. BROUGHT MY CAR IN DUE TO THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMING ON, THE LIGHT CAME ON ON A SATURDAY AFTE DEALERSHIP I HAVE DEALT WITH OVER THE LAST 28 YEARS. BROUGHT MY CAR IN DUE TO THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT COMING ON, THE LIGHT CAME ON ON A SATURDAY AFTERNOON, THE SERVICE IS NOT OPEN SATURDAY NIGHT OR SUNDAY. SO I BROUGHT MY VEHICLE IN ON MONDAY A.M. AND THEY SAID MY WARRANTY EXPIRED ON SATURDAY AND PROCEEDED TO DO THE WORK AND CHARGE ME FULL PRICE. I CALLED THE WARRANTY COMPANY GMPP AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD HAVE HONORED THE WARRENTY SINCE IT EXPIRED ON SATURDAY AND THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT WASN'T OPEN. THEY SAID NO ONE FROM MORRIES EVEN CALLED TO CHECK ON THE WARRANTY, AND THAT I WOULD HAVE TO SEND IN A LETTER AND MY RECEIPT TO GET REIMBURSED FOR THE REPAIR. THEY SAID IT WOULD HAVE BEEN EASIER FOR MORRIES TO HAVE JUST CALLED AND HAD IT APPROVED BEFORE THE WORK WAS DONE, INSTEAD OF ME PAYING FOR IT. ONCE MY CAR WAS FIXED I DROVE 3 MILES AND THE SERVICE ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AGAIN. BROUGHT THE CAR BACK AND THEY FIGURED OUT THEY FORGOT TO HOOK A HOSE BACK UP AND THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. THEY HAD REPLACED THE SAME SENSOR THAT WAS BAD 25000 MILES EARLIER AND WHEN I HAD LEFT THAT TIME I DROVE 1 MILE AND THE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT CAME ON AND THEY HAD TO TAKE MY CAR IN FOR 2 DAYS, BECAUSE THERE WAS ANOTHER PROBLEM THEY DIDNT SEE THE FIRST TIME. JUST BAD MANAGEMENT AND VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER IN THE LEAST. I HAVE OWNED 4 CADILLACS IN THE PAST(2 AT PRESENT) AND WILL CONTINUE TO OWN CADILLACS BUT WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH MORRIES EVER AGAIN! More

I had a great experience. Their "Buy Happy" program is excellent. The ability to return the car with no questions asked and having common wear items like tires and brakes covered for 6 months m program is excellent. The ability to return the car with no questions asked and having common wear items like tires and brakes covered for 6 months makes buying a used car so much less stressful. They let my wife and I test drive the car we wanted by ourselves (without a sales person in the car) and we could go where we wanted. They had no issues with us having the car inspected by our mechanic. The fixed price was below the private party blue book value for the car. The car is in great shape and has performed wonderfully. There was no pressure to buy the car and there was no pressure to buy extended warranties, extras, etc. We were shown the options and Justin accepted our choice and move on. It was all quick, simple, and stress free. More

We purchased a new vehicle from a different dealer in March of 2009. In November of 2010 we purchased a used vehicle from Morries Cadillac and Saab. Morries customer service was outstanding. Even though we were buying a used Cadillac we were treated as if we were buying a brand new one. We love the car, the service and would definately go back there! Gary was outstanding and the finance deparment was VERY helpful when we needed financing! I even cancelled my bank loan and used the dealership instead. Thank You Morries for a wonderful time buying a car! There customer service was above and beyond, unlike the Millers Chevrolet in Rogers that we bought a brand new vehicle from last year. More

We drove 2 hours to find the perfect car. My fiance and I are just starting out on our own and Quality and price are very important for us. We needed someone who would work with us. He made us very comfortable and gave us all of our options on his best selection. Gary went and turned on our vehicle so it would be warm before we test drove it. He brought us into a lighted shop so we could really see what we were looking at since it was dark and gave us plenty of time to discuss our purchase without being pressured. We ended up getting a great vehicle from a great place with great people. More
