Geoff Allers is a terrific employee! He is patient and understanding and is willing to take time with you and answer any questions you have. In this case I felt compelled to write because it is all too often that good service and attitude is ignored or not commented on. After shopping around for an automobile, I had the pleasure in meeting Mr. Morton Garren. I was greeted by him with a very friendly "hello, I'll be able to help you in just a minute". That was the first surprise because I have rarely been greeted by a salesmen at other dealerships. I did purchase an automobile from Mr. Morton Garren and I have sent him some customers in the past. Mr. Morton Garren, should be an example for all employees to follow and to admire for his conscientiousness, politeness and willing to "go the extra mile" for the customer. In these times when customer service appears to be at an all time low, it is very gratifying to know that there is a Morton Garren that believes that old-fashioned customer care is the best policy. Joe Seppa is one of the most professional car dealers that I have ever had the chance to work with. Lucky for me I bought a Cadillac with a warranty. That being said I brought my car in recently because it did not start once right away, and it was down shifting rather roughly. The mechanics tweaked a few things, but the problem was not fixed after that first maintenance. Without my prompting I received a call from the dealership service department to inquire about how my car was running. I told Joshua Hines that my car did not start again and that I got a "shift to park" message. He knew just what I was talking about and we scheduled an appointment. After having my car for only a few hours the mechanics at Cadillac worked their magic and my car is running better than ever! I am very pleased to have my car back running like the true thoroughbred that it is. :) More
He had genuine concern about the problem that needed to be fixed. He worked very well with the customer in finding fair pricing and went out of his way to make the situation as good as it could be at the be fixed. I honestly have never experienced service like I did at this dealership (very good). I went through some challenges when I originally picked out a vehicle. When it arrived the CTS did not have the trim pac this dealership (very good). I went through some challenges when I originally picked out a vehicle. When it arrived the CTS did not have the trim package I wanted. They quickly helped me find another one in Pennsylvania and had it shipped that day! When it arrived, it needed new tires and brakes, the manager said it would be taken care of...it wasn't. When I had the 50,000 mile service done this was identified. I questioned the sales person and sales manager about the tires and brakes...they agreed that they said they would do it and Morrie's covered it! Honesty and follow through, not only that, they put in a goodwill claim for some extra warranty items and got me a HUGE discount. The service department has won my business for sure and I will definitely see them again for my next Cadillac!!!!!!!!! Big thanks to Warren, Bob, and mostly Josh in the service department! More
I first walked into Morrie's Cadillac Saab just over a year ago, near broke and desperate for a cheap used car, wanting to look at a PB4W 99 Ford Taurus they had on their lot. Anna Sawyer was the first p year ago, near broke and desperate for a cheap used car, wanting to look at a PB4W 99 Ford Taurus they had on their lot. Anna Sawyer was the first person to greet me there and the person that I worked with through the entire process. Having never purchased a car from a dealership before and it being a dealership that mostly sold higher end vehicles, I was really nervous. From the very beginning, Anna and the rest of the crew treated me just like I would hope to be treated had I actually be purchasing a new Cadillac. They made me feel very comfortable and welcomed. 2 Months later, my fiance' was in the market for a new used car, and we didn't hesitate to come right back to Anna, knowing how well we would be treated there. Just over a year after buying my first car from Anna, I was finally ready to upgrade to something a little better than a 'junker', so Anna and I worked together for a couple of weeks to find me the perfect car for what I wanted in a car and how much I wanted to spend. I ended up with a 2007 Hyundai Sonata, and I couldn't be happier. I have recommended Anna to several friends, and one friend bought a car from her 2 weeks after I bought my Sonata from her, and they, too had a great experience. We have no desire to work with anyone else in the future as far as car purchases are concerned, and I will continue to recommend Anna to anyone I know who is looking for a car. More
I have been bringing my car to morris Cadillac for two years now and the service staff always makes me feel welcome. The few times my car has had problems they always get it fix the same day. One time the years now and the service staff always makes me feel welcome. The few times my car has had problems they always get it fix the same day. One time they even fixed the car in an hour with no appointment while I waited. I also enjoy the unlimited free car washes and free oil changes. Please keep up the good work guys. More
