I have worked with Bob on service issues for my 2005 97 and 2008 93 Convertible. This time there was an issue with the fuel injector on my 93. Due to Saab filing bankruptcy there was an issue finding the part. Bob put me in a rental car which Morries paid for until they solved the issue with the fuel filter. They also ended up replacing the ignition coil and since I have always used them for service they gave me a price break, which was much appreciated. Bob is alway friendly, remembers my name and puts customer service/satisfaction as a priority. Bob kept me informed and was very honest about the situation. I have always had a good experience with Morries which is where I also purchased the 93. More

He went out of his way to make sure everything was to my satisfaction and when I wanted to test drive the vehicle he even brought it into a bay inside so it was warm and free from the elements, which is important in Minnesota.
