Coming from Duluth, MN (2.5 hours) down to mpls for service i had no idea what i was getting myself into. I have a saab 97x that was having some engine problems, i called down to the morries and jard w service i had no idea what i was getting myself into. I have a saab 97x that was having some engine problems, i called down to the morries and jard was the 1st person i talked to. from the 1st time we were one the phone i felt like i was being taken care of. the car wasnt able to drive so we had to have it pulled down, we stayed in contact until i was able to get the car to him. i am a working mother of 2 children and my husband works out of town, the dealership sent me home with a car to drive over the next few days while my suv was being worked on. they were very fair in the work that needed to be done and i feel i paid a fair price for that service. Both times i was in the service center everyone working from office staff to the techs were friendly and kind. i am a sales manager myself and when i see great service like this i feel it is very important to let the world know. i will be coming back in the future both for service and to buy my future vehicles. i was very pleased!! Josh Hines and the staff did a great job. I had a small issue with my 2004 Saab 93 Aero. He was able to get me in without an appointment and get everything fixed in less than one hour. We had an unexpected problem with the differential on a Saturday. Jard told us to come right in, and he explained what would need to be done to identify the specific issue. While we waited, he updated us every 15 minutes and when it became obvious that it could not be fixed that day, he arranged for a loaner for us to complete our trip to South Dakota. When we got home, Jard kept us apprised daily. We thought it would be ready Friday but Jard had it done by Thursday noon. I have never experienced service this good. Jard was thoughtful, considerate and efficient. More

I have been a Saab owner for 4 years now. There is another Saab dealership closer to where I live but Morries Saab is where I take my 9-3 for service work and warranty repairs. I have never experienced or witness poor customer service of any kind at the dealership. Everyone is always friendly, pleasant, and very welcoming. The peace of mind knowing I'll be treated with respect and my car will be repaired properly is worth the extra drive to Morries Saab. Josh Hines is my preferred service advisor to work with at Morries Saab. He is always very personable, professional, friendly, and excels when it comes to providing excellent customer service. Josh goes above and beyond and always exceeds my expectations. He keeps me well informed of the progress of the repairs to my vehicle and if unforeseen things arise I am promptly notified. Josh has taken care of working with my extended warranty company to obtain the proper approvals & authorizations, arranging a rental car when needed, and filing all necessary paperwork required by the extended warranty company. I like the fact that all I have to due is pay my deductible and he'll handle the rest. Josh is a tremendous asset to the dealership and does whatever it takes to ensure my service experience is a great one. He is definitely another reason while I will continue to go to Morries Saab. A recent experience with a coolant leak is the reason for a good rating rather than great for the quality of work. I took my car in for a coolant leak possibly due to the water pump in early December and the technicians could not identify or find the leak. They performed a pressure test of the cooling system and still could not find it. Then, I took the car back in January for the same problem and the technicians determined the water pump was leaking. Maybe I'm being to critical but didn't like that I had to take it in twice before the leak was diagnosed. As always, Morries exceeded my expectations when the water pump was finally replaced. My experience is that some parts and services are a bit on the expensive side. I still continue to support Morries Saab and purchase those miscellaneous parts such as, wiper blades, bulbs, and headlights. The quoted prices for the 30K, 60K and 90K service intervals have been high. Unfortunately, this has caused me to take my business to other Saab dealerships when it comes to having the interval service performed on my vehicle. I went to a dealership about two hours away for the 90K service simply because there was a significant difference in price. The front brakes and rotors were replaced at the same time and the final bill was still less than what was quoted for the 90K service. It might have been inconvenient but when it means saving hundreds of dollars it was worth it to me. I have to overlook my previous experiences and the customer service when I'm saving that kind of money. Sorry, I would have preferred to have given Morries Saab that business. Overall, Morries Saab really cares about their customers and will do whatever they can to make it right. Josh Hines goes above and beyond to provide exceptional customer service. He pays attention to the details and always makes sure my experience is a great one. In fact, I have highly recommended Morries to my co-worker and neighbor who both drive CTSs'. Morries Saab is the place to go! More
My car was towed in - with a crisis - two days before Christmas. When I called in , I asked for Josh, as I always do. The work gets done well enough - but it's Josh whose uttering $800 or $1200 et al. - doesn't make me crazy. I hope Morrie's doesn't stop servicing Saabs. And I hope Josh keeps working there. We went to Morries after searching for a starter car for our daughter. I walked in by myself and was greeted by Rashem as I walked by his office. I told him what we were looking for and he immediately jump our daughter. I walked in by myself and was greeted by Rashem as I walked by his office. I told him what we were looking for and he immediately jumped in to help. My husband came in and was greeted by Rashem and had options in our price range. Rashem was open and forthright about the car and we drove it all over the place.
