NOt long ago I purchased a used Saab 9-5 turbo from Morries with well over 100,000miles. the car was in immaculate condition and very resonably priced. I ended up purchasing an extended warranty do t Morries with well over 100,000miles. the car was in immaculate condition and very resonably priced. I ended up purchasing an extended warranty do to the high miles and the car is for my son to take to college. to make a long story short, the water pump went out recently and it just so happend to be covered by the extended warrantly with a small deductible. Morries was very accomidating with the diagnosis, ordering the part and making an appointmentr for me that worked, they even shuttled me around while the car was in the shop for a few hours. the service and courteousness that I received was really over and above any I had ever received from an auto dealer. especially on a used vehicle. Morries has a customer for life with me and my family. More

Josh was a great service adviser to work with. He was very quick in returning phone calls and keeping me updated on the service of my car. They both kept me updated on my car which when you don't have your car for a week it is nice to know that they keep you updated. More

Mike Popp was more than accommodating when I unexpectedly stopped in shortly after I found I had qualified for my Visalus BMW! With in hours Mike found the perfect auto for me; X5 2009 Black BMW purchased by Joe-Cadillac store. Mike was a team player for Morries with customer support and I have yet to get a call back from BMW. Joe was waiting for me upon my arrival and had already assigned Justin Riddell to assist me. Both gentleman were extremely friendly and Justin even met me at the BMW service department to see the car, knowing how excited I was! Joe was expedient in getting the BMW checked out as it was just delivered to Cadillac. Joe's car knowledge was impressive & my husband & I were grateful with how thorough he was with 2003 Explorer trade in. Justin had excellent followup with BMW and communicating with me status in to Friday evening! AMAZING! Justin actually went above and beyond further by going to pickup the car that Saturday morning, then expediting it getting detailed and welcomed us to close on the car at noon Saturday. Justin, Joe and Bill were very helpful and had us driving away my "DREAM BMW" by 2pm! This exceptional service was above any standards for any business and we are so appreciative for their efforts. . .ONLY 36 hours to get the exact car I wanted!! Remarkable! More

I will preface this by saying that I really enjoyed my sales person... but this was the worst buying experience of ANY product that I've ever experienced. After extensive research and an e-check in hand sales person... but this was the worst buying experience of ANY product that I've ever experienced. After extensive research and an e-check in hand from a lender that specializes in poor credit loans (I'd had a bankruptcy 3 years prior, and hadn't really made any effort to re-establish credit, until I decided to purchase a car), I confidently traveled to Morrie's to purchase a vehicle. After 2 hours of excellent service from our sales person, and a deal signed, their finance person, Bill walked in and proceeded his high pressure sales tactics. He was successful in both insulting and humiliating me, and continued to do so for another two hours, and would not allow me to leave with the vehicle that I had secured payment for --he repeatedly told me that I had been scammed and my lender was not going to cover the check they provided... fast forward 16 hours, Morrie's has an additional $17,000+ in their bank account and I am 75 miles away with no vehicle. I read many, many reviews on Morrie's before deciding to travel there to purchase a vehicle. I was so certain that I had made the right decision, until this one person ruined my perspective in an instant... and then continued his insults for hours. Maybe Morrie's can redeem themselves (although I doubt that with employees like Bill), but this consumer has been permanently scarred. More
