Due to an auto accident we were forced to buy a car, never a good position to be in; however, Dan Hine at Morrie's made the entire experience a lot easier. Even though we 'had' to buy a car, we did not never a good position to be in; however, Dan Hine at Morrie's made the entire experience a lot easier. Even though we 'had' to buy a car, we did not have to purchase it at Morrie's; however, Dan Hine eased the whole process. Dan worked within our limited budget and treated us as if we were buying a new car versus a used one. We were shown several cars in our price range, some much lower than what we had to spend. This was also a surprise as one always tends to think that Car Salespeople are out for their sale, not the customer. Dan Hine was professional, helpful and since he was dealing with my son, who is 19, I was a bit nervous; however, in truth Dan never once led my son in any one direction, but provided information thereby allowing my son to make the ultimate decision. There were other people involved in the purchase process, but, Dan was always there, that made it feel like a team effort versus getting passed on to another person. When you have to purchase anything that is a few or several thousands of dollars, you want to be able to 'trust' the person you're working with. It's impossible to expect anyone to know the future of a used car; however, Dan Hine did his very best to find something that at least looked like it would be reliable etc. I was really happy with the level of service that my son received. All too often young people are discounted or disregarded; however, Dan treated my son with sincere respect and that was also very impressive. When I choose or need to purchase a vehicle I will be returning to Morrie's Cadillac and will be working with Dan Hine. My son is more than happy with his purchase and I am writing this review because he is still driving his new (used) car around the Twin Cities and loving every moment of it! More
My experience with this dealership was absolutely amazing. I purchased a used 07 Pontiac G6 and my salesmen was Dan Hine. I was Dan's first sale and wow what an awesome personality!!! Dan was super friendly and sensitive toward me trading in my old very first car. Unfortunately I had a random mishap with the G6, and called Dan immediately. The issue was escalated and handled way better than expected!! Joe was extremely understanding and caring about the issue, and Dan in the service garage was fantastic!! I was back on my way within about a day!! It was an amazing team effort and I knew I was truly valued and cared for. I took a bunch of their business cards and will be handing them to friends or those in need of an honest and reliable dealership. I can't thank these guys enough for such a great first-time dealership experience, and their follow-up to my needs so urgently. These guys are a few of your best and I hope they go far. We found that the sales people were very helpful and courteous. We appreciated that they were not aggressive and pushy, but they allowed us to look and ask questions at our own pace. We never felt pressured to do anything we didn't want to do and we felt very at ease in looking around and taking our time. We felt that we were given a great value for our trade in and the price of the vehicle we bought was excellent. Our overall experience with Mary and Heidi was very good - they were very friendly and warm and assisted us with all questions and details by taking their time and making sure we had everything we needed. I had a fantastic experience at Morrie's Cadillac. I test drove and purchased a used Hyundai Sonata, and even though I was looking at non-luxury cars at a luxury car dealer, I felt just as important as test drove and purchased a used Hyundai Sonata, and even though I was looking at non-luxury cars at a luxury car dealer, I felt just as important as any other customer. I like to know exactly what I'm signing and every little detail of the finances, and they were very patient with me while I asked all my questions and pulled out my calculator to double check numbers. They let me bring the car to my mechanic to look at before I bought it, and addressed every concern that the mechanic brought up in one way or another. I purchased my car feeling very comfortable that I was purchasing a quality car from a dealership that would back it up. All in all a wonderful experience and by far much cleaner, nicer, and more knowledgeable than any other dealers I dealt with! More
I was looking for a car to replace my wife's 2000 Mazda minivan that I had purchase from Morrie's Mazda about 10 years ago. Pat and Heidi worked with me for a month to find a used car that met my criteria minivan that I had purchase from Morrie's Mazda about 10 years ago. Pat and Heidi worked with me for a month to find a used car that met my criteria, and then in ongoing conversations Pat discussed lease options with the new Cadillac ATS. Never once did they lose patience with my indecisions trying to find the right car during that time.. or try to “shoehorn” me into something I was not comfortable with. The ATS was perfect, the lease fit my budget and covers EVERYTHING (but gas) on the car for 3 years. The credit approval process was online and easy, the prep department did a beautiful job getting the car ready (it is winter in Minnesota.. cars get looking ugly pretty quickly) and Heidi spent more than a generous amount of time showing me the electronic system and the rest of the cars features. During anytime I was in this dealership waiting, someone would inevitably walk up and ask me if I was ok, was there anyone that I needed them to find, was I being taken care of.. etc. and not in that "car sales" way, but like they really cared that I was being taken care of. I just drove home the new ATS (great car) and could not be happier with my experience (especially given some of my experiences with car dealerships in the past) where they turned a "chore" that I was not looking forward to.. into a fun, pleasurable experience in choosing the right car and option for my lifestyle and budget. Top marks!!! More

We had been looking for a used Subaru Outback and were looking at purchasing a car in Rochester. We contacted Brian in Morrie's and after talking with him we decided to come up and look at a car he had fo looking at purchasing a car in Rochester. We contacted Brian in Morrie's and after talking with him we decided to come up and look at a car he had for sale. Bottom line - we ended up with a better car, better limited warranty and at a lower price than what we could have gotten in Rochester. Brian was great and very helpful in making sure that this worked out for us. We would definitely come back again for our next car. More
Geoffrey was good to work with. He was personable, not as knowledgeable about the vehicle as one would expect him to be, but overall good. He was interested in my concerns and made sure that, prior to purch knowledgeable about the vehicle as one would expect him to be, but overall good. He was interested in my concerns and made sure that, prior to purchasing the vehicle, he was committed to addressing each item. He was a little bit on the talkative side so I found myself keeping him on track and not going off on tangents. I would probably buy from him again just because he made the experience stress free.
