Never have I had a sales representative be so patient and helpful in approaching a decision about what best suits my interests. I left the dealership that day with two things that calmed my preservation. The first being that I was able to find a vehicle that was equipped with everything I was looking for at a reasonable price. The second and most assuring reason was that KG gave me a peaceful frame of mind that I'm guaranteed the best service and safety when I leave that lot. My buying experience with Morries Auto at Golden Valley, MN has been very bad. I purchased a Toyota Highlander SUV from them in April and lost the transmission within the first 500 miles of use. The salesman told us the car was checked out and was in good condition and he was a advocate for me. After much trouble with just contacting them for after the sale for support on the cost of the transmission the used car sales manager never did reply to me. I persisted to the next manager which did get me a reimbursement for the back seat safety belt but months later which again the salesman said would be repaired before I left lot the day of purchase. After headaches with telephone and email communication, support after the sale and disappointment in the condition of the used vehicles they sell on their lot I would recommend any other of the good car dealers in the Minneapolis area but would NOT buy again from a Morries dealership. When I said I was going to write this bad review then I started getting telephone calls from Morries but again just a waste of my time with false promises to advocate on my behalf. The worst experience with this dealership. The biggest mistake of my life that I went to this dealership. Completely cheaters. I asked for finances. And gave all information whatever they needed. Finally I was just told by Ryan that I m approved, but he never told me the terms and conditions. And asked me to get a full coverage insurance. Stupid me..got full insurane coverage on the car. even before to know the rate...when finally Ryan introduce me with Daniel Epp. And as I got in his office. Besides he told me the interest rate and terms & conditions. He started to get signs on the papers. When I saw I m being trapped. Finally Asked him..where is the interest rate and all other terms and conditions..then Daniel Epp showed me the papers. You guys will wonder!!!!!! I have fair credit score 634. Never bankruptcy record. And my interest rate is 23.25% per year. Anyways just after done signing the paperwork, as i got home, showed the car my boss. and the interest rate,,he said they just ripping you off....called the manager mike after 90 minutes signing the car...i was told by the manager Mike.its too late...he will talk to accounting people...and will give me call back.. he did not reply me for two days..when i start to call him..then he replied with same answer...My friend just got finances with same score got 4. something%. I was approved by lutherchevrolet brookdale for 7.50%. I never leave reviews, but this time it is important to leave a review for Morriescadillac saab golden valley, if somebody goes there for a car, just be careful. They are just out there to rob the people. More
