That actually caught the eye of Cindy Robin. I have to say that she really wanted to correct the issues that I was having and was very helpful. Ended up meeting with Pat and between Cindy & Pat the experience went from a terrible experience to actually a great experience and will most definitely recommend Morries and do business with them again. They went above and beyond, even gave a loaner car while things were being taken care of. I never expected my views to change on this dealer but I think it was just a random error and lack of communication with the proper people. More
Saab 9-7x - TSB 03-08-111-002G - Paint Chipping Rocker Panel I will start with saying this review is for Morries Cadillac Saab. I don't know why Saab was left off the name for reviews, but they have Saab signs I will start with saying this review is for Morries Cadillac Saab. I don't know why Saab was left off the name for reviews, but they have Saab signs all over the Service department and I have seen many many Saabs getting service there, as there are not many Saab Service Dealerships left. I emailed the Service department, and then was contacted by the Dealership. I say dealership, because the first person I talked to was not in Service, and when I described my issue to him it was like talking to my dog. He then said I am not in Service, let me transfer you. That was a waste of 10 mins going over everything. So, I talk with Service Person #1. I explain the issue again, explain there is a TSB (Technical Service Bulletin) for the fix/remedy. They don't look up the TSB, ask what I drive. When I tell him a Saab, he states that he's not familiar and then transfers me to Service Person #2. Service Person #1, again, thank you for wasting 10 mins of my time. So, I talk with Service Person #2. I explain the issue again, and the TSB and blah blah. This service person goes on to say that Saab warranty work is not covered, since Saab was eliminated by GM in 2009/2010. I proceed to let him know that I had warranty work done and covered on my Saab at your dealership just last year, Sept 2013. He is silent, looks up my account, and proceeds to see indeed work was done and was covered under warranty. He again says, warranty work is not covered, nor are TSBs. I ask why it was last time, and he tells me there are Specialty cases/funds for this work. He then proceeds to ask if I would like to be transfered to the Body shop to get an estimate. I said No and ended the call. Back to the Warranty Work performed on Sept 2013: That work had to be done 2 times, because after the first fix, the pinion seal was leaking again within 2 weeks. The second time it was fixed, it stayed leak free for a while, but it is seeping again, minimal amounts, but will not have them fix it again. I will go out of my way to visit the other Saab Service/Dealership in the Twin Cities Metro Area. I am very disappointed with this, as I have purchase 2 vehicles from Morries in the past, and this effort presented today leaves me not wanting to deal with them again. The least they could have done was actually look up the TSB and see it's been covered many times on Saabs over the last couple years. However, they couldn't even take the time to look it up even when I gave them the full number. More
Best Day Ever! After researching used vehicles online, I contacted Morrie's and was connected with Caven Scheer. I explained to him that I was looking for a used SUV, most likely a Jeep or Ford. I had been to two other dealerships, and was not finding anything to fit my wants and needs. Caven understood what I was looking for and suggested I stop in to test drive a few. I ended up purchasing an H3 Hummer! Never in a million years did I think I could afford such an incredible vehicle. About the dealership: From the moment I walked in to Morrie's I was impressed. The facility was sparkling clean, and everyone I met was friendly and energetic. I have never enjoyed the buying process, but with Morrie's best price program, I didn't have to haggle, and I feel like I did get the best price. The most enjoyable part of my day however, was test driving vehicles with Caven. His personality is professional and he's just a great person. I would definitely recommend Caven to anyone in the market for a new or used vehicle. I also enjoyed a conversation with the GM and finance people. Best day ever! More

I went there knowing exactly what I wanted and was able to test drive the car right away. My only hesitation was getting the right monthly payment on the car and they worked with me for a good part of the evening with no hesitation about the closing time. Ended up being able to get everything settled that night and went back the next day to pick up my new car after they made sure it was cleaned explicitly! Jack Siegel was a very cool guy and stayed with me the entire way on the sale and even made sure to follow up on how the car was afterwards. I recommend this dealership above any others! How friendly and down to earth everyone was there is unmatched by any other dealership that I have been to. Don't miss your chance to pick up a new car from Morrie's Cadillac!! More

During the sale, the people were very I moved to MN during late Spring of last year. After finding the car I wanted at Morrie's Cadillac, I bought it. During the sale, the people were very friendly and helpful...or so I thought. After the purchase, I did some checking on the extended warranty they sold me. I found out that it covered none of the issues/things the sales manager told me (explicitly) they did. I'm not sure if he flat out lied to me or if he simply made up an answer to make a sale-either way, that's pretty bad. I called to cancel the policy which is allowed. I spoke to the sales manager who gave me the paperwork which I promptly returned. I waited the recommended service time and called to check on the status of my cancel. During my call, the insurance company said they'd never heard from the dealer. I called several times before the manager, Ryan Anderson got "involved." He reissued me the paperwork to cancel, and to date, it has still not been done and the staff is completely unresponsive, and seemingly uncaring. I will never do business with Morrie's-any one of their dealerships-again. Service after the sale is an absolute joke. I can't believe all the trouble I'm having with a simple cancellation. I guess they'd have to care for this to have been taken care of. I recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to skip these guys. More
Beware of leasing a vehicle I was very excited to lease a 2013 Cadillac ATS at $300/mo for 36 months. I worked with a salesman and a finance manager. Both were very friendly and I was very excited to lease a 2013 Cadillac ATS at $300/mo for 36 months. I worked with a salesman and a finance manager. Both were very friendly and helpful. I was in an accident on Christmas Day, 2013 and the car was declared totaled. I got all the right insurance that I was supposed to have but I was never told by my salesman or the finance manager that if my car was involved in an accident where the insurance company considered it totaled, that I would end up losing most of all of my down payment and have to pay a $500 deductible. I did my due diligence with Ally Financial and read the contract. I made sure that I was over insured with my State Farm Ins Co including having a one million dollar umbrella. I feel that I was taken advantage of by everyone concerned especially Morrie's by not warning me that when you lease a car and you have the misfortune of getting into an accident where the car is totaled, that you really have no negotiation rights. Therefore, when the claim was settled between Ally and State Farm, I lost thousands of dollars in my down payment. I believe that if the salesman and the finance manager would have taken the time to inform me of this possibility, I would have purchased instead of leased this vehicle. I hope this is not a dealer ploy that they use on all customers that they lease a vehicle to. I am very disappointed in my experience and would never recommend anyone to buy from Morrie's Cadillac. Once I determined the car I was looking for, I went on line to see advertised prices and availability. Of all the local dealers they were the only one that gave me best price up front and explained to me line to see advertised prices and availability. Of all the local dealers they were the only one that gave me best price up front and explained to me their pricing policy. It really did seem like the salesman is internally graded on giving the customer the best experience. I had a BMW to trade in and had done my homework with the various on line sites. Morrie's credit manager not only came back with almost the same number I had, but he also went through the process they used to determine their price. He showed us the 3 different on line sources they used and what numbers each gave him. Vanessa went out of her way to not only explain the features but also took what ever time was necessary to familiarize us with them and how to use. The Cue system could have been difficult to figure out on our own but she made sure we understood how to use. She also took the time to introduce us to the service department which was a nice touch as well. More

I thought everyone at Morrie's was friendly and even though I was only buying a cheaper used car, I still felt treated liker a valuable customer. KG went the extra mile. though I was only buying a cheaper used car, I still felt treated liker a valuable customer. KG went the extra mile. More
