Excellent Service My wife and I have our car Cadillac ATS and truck Cadillac Escalade serviced at Morrie's Cadillac. We deal with 2 people in Service, Dan and Tom. Th My wife and I have our car Cadillac ATS and truck Cadillac Escalade serviced at Morrie's Cadillac. We deal with 2 people in Service, Dan and Tom. They both are excellent! They have great customer service skills, they are personable and respectful, and they are also very knowledgeable about our Cadillacs. We have been taking our vehicles to Morrie's for a long time, about 10 years now. Over the years we have bought 5 vehicles from Morrie's. Yesterday I was thinking out loud and asked my wife what our next car should be. She said that we should buy another Cadillac, because of the Service people at Morrie's Cadillac, Tom and Daniel, treat us so well. I felt compelled to write a good review for both of these gentlemen, pointing out what a great job that they do. They treat my wife with respect. Dan and Tom are very nice and polite to my wife. They always explain in detail what was done and ask her if she has any questions. They don't try to sell her anything that she doesn't need. Morrie's Cadillac is a great service center if you need someone to fix your car and you can trust. Morrie's Service just wouldn't be the same without Dan and Tom. Morrie's always fixes our vehicles right the first time. That's exceptional considering Morrie's has serviced several of our cars/trucks for the last 10 years. When I come in and ask if my truck is done Dan or Tom will always tell me what the status is or they will check on the vehicle right away and give me an update. I have never heard either one tell me the dreaded "I don't know". I can't stand when I hear that from a mechanic at a shop. It tells me they are not on top of things and not organized. VERY SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOR BY DEALERSHIP EMPLOYEES!! Well it started out like this was going to be a dealership that would be wonderful to work with! In the end the employees kept saying this over an Well it started out like this was going to be a dealership that would be wonderful to work with! In the end the employees kept saying this over and over as their way out!! "Our policy is we don't take deposits period". If your not gonna take deposits then don't list your cars on the internet to sell!! I sent an e-mail request stating interest in a car at 10:30pm on Sept 17th. I called dealership at 8:35am on Sept 18th, spoke with Joe. He seemed very pleasant, easy to work with. I offered deposit, said they could not take one. I advised I'm not gonna drive 425 miles if I can't be assured this car is there in the morning. He advised me the car has had no interest and it would be no problem. He would get back to me at the end of the day to confirm my arrival time in the office on Sept 19th. I received a call at 4:00pm advising car was sold and gone from dealership before I could even respond. We were literally leaving the house to drive there at 4:30pm, had booked a non-refundable hotel room at the Hyatt Place Bloomington!! Who does business like this. I then spoke to Justin Riddell, who offered me the usual canned responses saying our policy is we don't take deposits. I then spoke with Mike Iverson who also has been well schooled in the usual responses for escalating issues. Offered NO apology, NO resolution to this issue, but to tell me they have 400 cars to pick from. Not at the price of that car, but they have lots of cars. I have purchased two cars in the Chicago area from a Honda and a Lincoln MKX dealer. They of course accepted deposits if they have an out of town customer coming to get a vehicle. A year ago I purchased a Mercury Mountaineer from a used car dealer in KC, they also accepted a deposit since we were driving there to get the car. Who does business like this in this day and age. Do you have that low opinion of people that when you charge a deposit you think they are gonna scam outta of it! It just tells me this dealership has very old backward ways of doing business. I now bring you to what I believe is very suspicious behavior by the employees. Even the ad for this car said most sought after used car. I will agree it was priced very well. It is strange that Joe Werner made it very clear to me there had not been interest in this car since it was listed. I really believe that this car at this great price was sold internally to an employee or relative at the "just" reduced price once they found out someone was coming to purchase it! SUSPICIOUS BEHAVIOR! Mike Iverson's. exact comment when I said," Do you understand the consequences of peoples opinions of your dealership when they read comments that will be shared about your dealership." He said, " I look forward to the consequences of my actions on the reviews"! I was a director of customer service with a large major hotel chain, if this is how we did business I would have lost my job! I hope your happy, you sold your car,but I will keep sharing my negative opinions of your dealership to every potential source I can. One bad review such as this can have a very negative impact on your bottom line. You might not think so, but I would move on if I saw this information about your dealership!! More

Great service I brought my car in for service and I was greeted right away by Dan Kane n others. Dan got me checked in and took care of all repairs on my car. I have been driving my SRX Crossover since November and had no idea that it could do so many thing! I appreciate the customer lounge as it was very inviting! Coffee, granola bars, water, a place to sit to do computer work, comfortable seats.....etc! Great experience and pleased to partner with Morrie's for the level of service they deliver! More
