Everyone I worked with at Morrie’s Forest Lake was welcoming and friendly. From the sales process to talking with the managers and talking to the shop people I was treated well. Car is less than 3 years old and has had to be in the shop multiple times, with another one scheduled once the part stops being on backlog. Clearly the part was junk, but dealerships still wanted to push shop multiple times, with another one scheduled once the part stops being on backlog. We were charged a $200 deductible on a warranty, which is news to me on warranties, plus a $14.35, to look up the policy and then use it, all slid in as a miscellaneous fee. Staff lacks customer service skills and challenges the client when questioning why anyone would have to keeping paying for maintenance on a 60k vehicle with less than 100k miles and 3 years old? My Traverse that I purchased in North Branch is twice as old and has yet to have problems and not been back to the dealership beyond oil changes. My son will be in the market for a new car and I couldn’t be more adamant about avoiding this establishment. More
