I came in knowing my credit union would finance me, but they talked me into using them to find financing for me, offerin Do not trust these guys. I came in knowing my credit union would finance me, but they talked me into using them to find financing for me, offering me $500 off and a better or matching interest rate. It was late and I wanted the car, so yes the fault is my own, I should have walked away. They came back at a much higher interest rate, but my finance manger Sharukh Din assured me he would "take care of me" and said he would get back to me in the morning once all the credit unions were open. The next day he never called me. I had to reach back out to my salesperson, who had someone else get back to me the day after that. Come to find out he had no intention of re-writing be because they have no return policy on their cars. I figured a dealer of this size would not sink to such lower business practices as "you're not happy, well oh well, all sales are final". So do your research before shopping here and don't get talked into to their high interest rates. More
