We felt insulted. Our sales guy was awesome. When meeting with the financial person, and finding out we were out of our proce range/credit we were laughed at about the Our sales guy was awesome. The financial person we met with made us feel bad about our financial situation we found out we were in and made us feel like nothing would help our credit without buying a vehicle through them. Extremely disappointed. I've dealt with other dealerships under similar circumstances with way better support and understanding. More

Unbelievably HORRIBLE. Let me start off by, if you’re reading this, 1) don’t ever buy from this dealership, 2) don’t listen to a WORD that comes out of Drew’s mouth. I was at work on Monday contacted Drew because we were speaking about me purchasing a used car and I went ahead and submitted a financing application and he called me and said my credit is good to go and if I came in today he’s giving me his word and 100% guarantee that I will be leaving with the car i’d just need to com in to do some paperwork. Everything that came out of this man’s mouth was a lie. He started off by telling me a car I was looking at would be 0% interest (ended up not being the case), had me drive 1 hour and 45 minutes to the dealership leaving my job with a 100% guarantee, that I would be leaving the dealership with that car! So when i got there he had me sign a whole bunch of papers, and what not after all of that he told me I would not be able to take the car off of the lot because it was to late to contact the finance department. I got there at 6. They close at 9. He told me I would be able to take the car home, bring it back thursday and sign off on some final papers. He just told me to hand over the down payment check and it was in the so I went to my car and got the check came back and while i was gone he went to contact his manager named Rommy, and had him come out to me to say I wouldn’t be able to do what Drew previously said to me because the car hadn’t been “approved” yet. That was never an issue this man made me drive an hour and 45 minutes and I quote “A 100% guarantee you can take the car off of the lot today if you come in by 6:00pm” and here I am writing this review livid because of how disgusting the management as well as Drew is. The manager Myron who I was discussing about inquiries on my credit report with said, “There’s absolutely nothing you can do, we have your signature” basically TAUNTING me. These people are horrible and I don’t understand how they still have this business running but I promise you I will not go down without getting justice for myself. These people think just because it’s your first time buying a car they can take advantage and run your credit and name through the mud, I promise you will not be receiving business from anyone I know or I. And HOPEFULLY, anyone that reads this because you’ll be saving yourself a headache and stress. More
