He kept in touch through May with a couple different vehicles until we found the right one. Now I’m the happy driver of a beautiful CTS, low miles, turbo, extended moonroof, gorgeous moonshine color. Had a bit of a wait for financing to go through due to a fluke staffing issue, but was reassured that that was not the norm, and was being taken care of. Our experience buying a new truck at Forest Lake Chevrolet I came to the dealership on a busy Sat. to look at a truck I found on line a couple days before. I talked to a salesperson on the phone a couple days I came to the dealership on a busy Sat. to look at a truck I found on line a couple days before. I talked to a salesperson on the phone a couple days previous, and he told me to just come in and he'd show me the truck.The salesperson's name is Clem Schiele. When I got there, the dealership was very busy so I had to wait till Clem was free. He wanted to make me feel comfortable while I waited, so he came over to me a couple times to see if I wanted some coffee or maybe a hot dog while I waited for him. Well, long story short, I did end up buying the truck I looked at, and am very happy. At no time while dealing with Clem did I ever feel pressured. The same was true in the financial office when they usually try to sell you additional items for your vehicle. They give you the options, but NO PRESSURE. I will definitely go back there when I need another vehicle. Happy Camper! More

Took a chance. So happy I did! Today without really looking into the Forest Lake Automotive Group I took a chance. I am an over thinker. I have been looking into getting the new Col Today without really looking into the Forest Lake Automotive Group I took a chance. I am an over thinker. I have been looking into getting the new Colorado for months. I have been a faithful Ford owner for the last 25 years. But I was ready for something new. And a Black on Black Colorado is what I had my heart set on. I spent months looking. And very carefully reading reviews for dealerships. I picked one out by me. I test drove a Z71. But it was blue. I want black. They didn't have black. They couldn't get black in my time frame of 45 days. I was so disappointed. Then I found a Redline black on black online. The only one within a 1000 miles of my location, according to cars.com. I agonized for 24 hrs. Knowing it is a limited special order. But at a dealership 80 miles away and not one I had looked into or even heard of. I talked to my family, my friends at work and they all said send them an email. See if they will hold it for a day or two. I didn't do that. But I did send Forest Lake AG a email. Within minutes Rob Hinsch responded. He told me the one I looked at online, a long bed, had just sold. But he had a short bed same vehicle. I sent him an email and told him I would be there in an hour! I jumped in my car drove 60 miles walked in the door and he knew by looking at me exactly what I was there for without having to say a word. Even greeted me first name and everything. Mind you the dealership was so busy. So many people buying cars today. He was actually working with a couple when i got there. But he grabbed the keys, he already had the truck brought up while I was on the way, and said "take her out. Let's see how she feels" When I got back he knew. He smiled and all I said was let's do this. Mind you I had decided before I left work i was going to buy it. But he informed me of all my finance options. And seamlessly the process was started and completed. I cannot thank Rob Hinsch enough.He really sold me on the Forest Lake Facility. Everyone was so awesome. And the whole process was beyond all my expectations. He was very informative and made certain I was completely satisfied. Not just with him but my purchase. My standards are very very high.
