As a longtime client with Chilson, Inc, I was concerned whether their transfer of ownership to Morrie's might effect the high quality of service to which I had been accustomed. Have purchased 4 vehicles from Chilson. We love Subaru’s but do NOT like their service department schedulers/desk reps. Condescending at best and you know there’s an issue with the department when you recei but do NOT like their service department schedulers/desk reps. It was declined because they did not install Cooper tires🙄 More
