As a long-time Chilson's customer (4 cars over the last 5 years), we have always loved our experience with them. When it was time to buy car #5 we went to the recently purchased Morrie's Eau Claire Subaru, where we met Jason, since our previous salesperson had moved into a different field. Jason was AMAZING showing us what fell into our price range, keeping great contact with us and even dealing with some stupid questions on our part. It was clear to us that he cared about us, not just about the sale he was hoping to make, even referring us to a friend at another dealership to answer some questions about a car that they had that we were interested in. In the end we went with Jason and Morrie's because we have loved our relationship with the dealership and really got to trusting Jason and the Morrie's Eau Claire Subaru team. We now own car #5 from this dealership and my daughter purchased their 2nd car from Morrie's since then. Thanks, Morrie's Eau Claire Subaru and specifically to the Morrie's team for maintaining a GREAT dealership that clearly cares for their customers and the community. More
As a longtime client with Chilson, Inc, I was concerned whether their transfer of ownership to Morrie's might effect the high quality of service to which I had been accustomed. It's hard to believe that I am writing such an excellent review for a vehicle dealership. We had a wonderful experience at Morrie's Subaru EC. We browsed online and had a good feel for what we wanted, but we hadn't yet decided. Jason C. responded promptly to our online inquiry. He never rushed us to come in, but assured us he was there when we were ready. I had no intention of purchasing a vehicle this past weekend. I simply wanted to test drive the two I had narrowed down. A purchase was in our near future, but I wasn't rushing the process. We called to let Jason know that we would be arriving 40 minutes before they closed. Life as working parents! He confirmed with his GM that we had time to visit before closing. When we arrived, Jason had the Forester cleaned and pulled up to the front door, waiting for us to spin those tires. He quickly entered our information into the system and off we were. Prior to us leaving for a test drive, I mentioned my interest in the Outback. When we returned from our first test drive, Jason had it pulled up to the door, ready for us to take for a spin. I immediately fell in love with the way Subaru's drive. Both vehicles drove like a dream! I was a long time Chevy lover - now officially turned Subaru lover!!! We decided on the Outback as the backseat was more spacious for our kiddos. Next came numbers and decisions. We chatted with the GM (her name slipped my mind but she was ABSOLUTELY WONDERFUL), Nicole in finance, and of course Jason. My husband and I asked for a few minutes to chat privately - not once but twice, and ALL three staff members made themselves scarce so that we could comfortably chat. We all came back together and decided to move forward. It was after hours at this point. While we were working with Nicole to complete the sale, Jason was outside CLEANING MY WINDOWS AND TIDYING UP MY NEW CAR! He felt terrible that I wasn't leaving with a freshly detailed ride. During all of this, GM was gifting my tiny tot as well as my other children who were not with us, all types of swag! We were definitely feeling the love. Not the over the top, buy a car from us, we will shower you in gifts type of love...but a genuine, we care about you, we value you, we appreciate you, and we want to show you that. I never once felt like I was being upsold and pressured. It is sales so obviously ALL of the options were made aware to us multiple times, but I can honestly say that I never felt pressured into the purchase of the vehicle or any of the other services available. Nicole did a wonderful job explaining her part of the deal. She is the sweetest and the passion for her work in helping people shines as bright as her smile. Such a beautiful soul. Jason was INCREDIBLE! From start to finish, and even afterward. He made sure that I was comfortable before our one hour commute home. He went over the vehicle features with me, helped me set up my phone and navigation, and made sure that I did not have any questions before we departed. GM was patient and kind, and very generous. She made her presence known in a delicate way, but never hovered over us. I honestly could go on and on. It was such a great experience, I can't give this location and team enough praise! I truly hope they see this and know how awesome they made our experience. Beyond that, I hope that upper management sees this. This team deserves a huge shout out! More

I have owned my new outback wilderness just over a month now.. I love the car and already put on 2000 miles. My experience with Chilson was excellent!
