Monday, 2/1/21 had had the oil changed in my 2018 Outback. Before I had the service work done, I called the dealership on the preceding Saturday morning to make an appointment. I learned that my 3-year warrantee and buy happy program ran out that same Saturday and there were no more appointments available that day. I ask if they buy happy pricing would be honored if I brought the car in on the following Monday, 2/1/21. The person on the phone did not know but said she would have someone call me back the same day and let me know, so I made the appointment for the following Monday. I did tell the person on the phone that the last time I had a question and ask to be called back no one returned the call. She acted surprised and ensured me that I would receive a call that same day. Morrie's was 2 out of 2 because I never received a call. On Monday morning I called and was told I would receive the buy happy pricing so I brought my car in for an oil change. I also had a coupon for a $10 off any service as a 3-year reward. I showed the coupon to the service person when I checked in, as instructed on the coupon. When I went to pay my bill no credit was applied and was then told that it could not be applied to a buy happy price. I would have had the service completed either way, but would have preferred to have an honest up-front answer. I like the car but not Morrie's approach to treating customers. Twice not having my calls returned and with them not being upfront about a simple $10 coupon. I have purchased my last car and last service from Morrieās. More
Just bought a used car from them and I thoroughly enjoyed the process. Working with Anthony and the team was great. General Manager Jerry Heinecke took time to come and talk with us while we were waiting on finance and I canāt stress how valued that interaction makes you feel as a customer. Iāve never gotten that level of service before from a GM. Ryan in charge of aftermarket and extras was also really helpful. Itās great when people who sell aftermarket products, also use those products on their own vehicle. Was a no brained to get those additional products added. Finally, Josh in finance is a wealth of knowledge. Itās been quite some time since we bought a car and being able to ask questions and be educated as to why certain coverages matter is always a bonus. We were genuinely valued for our time and thatās what makes a customer for life. I cannot recommend this dealership and their team highly enough. If youāre looking for A new or used Subaru, get it at Morrieās in Brooklyn Park. Youāll definitely be in great hands. More

Charge you for services that they don't complete I took my car in to have them change the oil and rotate the tires. The only reason I brought it into the stealership for the oil change was because I I took my car in to have them change the oil and rotate the tires. The only reason I brought it into the stealership for the oil change was because I had a coupon. I watched the guy the entire time through the viewing window and he never rotated the tires. When the service advisor called me to the desk to pay, he said the tires were rotated and the wear on them is ok and the brake pads were checked and looked fine. Neither things were done. I figured I would give them another chance the next time I needed an oil change because I had another coupon. I asked them to change the oil and rotate the tires. Once again I watched the entire time through the viewing window and the guy never rotated the tires or checked the brake pads. This time I called him out on it in front of other customers that were waiting for their cars to be serviced because these places should not be getting away with their little service scams. More
Went to look at a car 7/2/2020. My mother, fiancé, and myself. We worked with Joel, which was fine. Seemed Joel was as dealing with two customers. However a gentleman name Tim came over and was absolutely rude. First he didnāt even introduce himself & came over with a horrid attitude from the beginning. My mother and I were trying to get clarification on some question we had and one of his responses was āI donāt know Iāve only been here for two daysā. Okay why are you on the floor if you donāt know how to answer the questions we were asking. After that it was nothing but attitude from him. He wouldnāt even try to talk numbers with us and wouldnāt get someone else for us to work with. He was absolutely disgusting and horridly rude. I do not recommend buying a car from Morieās Brooklyn Park - Tim was also unbelievably misogynist and acted like we didnāt know what we were talking about when truly it was him. Then along came Tim, the most arrogant and least helpful sales manager I have ever met. Simple questions like āabout how much would payment be?ā; āWhat are interest rates for used cars?ā And, ācould we finance for 72 months?ā were all answered with, āI donāt know.ā When asked to ballpark loan payment, it was clearly an inconvenience. His condescending attitude was rude and misogynistic. At one point he told us he had only been there a couple of days so did not know the inventory. When trying to see if we could get to an acceptable payment, it was clear he did not want to help. We were willing to borrow more than asking price, and if he hadnāt been such an xxx, I was planning to kick in some money to help my kids. However, when he abruptly told us he didnāt think we could make a deal and we were done, I no longer wanted to work with him. I told him he was rude and he laughed saying, āI have not heard that in 10 years.ā Personally, I find that hard to believe. He was nasty to me (a woman), my daughter (an Asian woman) and my son-in-law. I did ask if I could possibly work with someone else. He said no and walked away. Too bad. We would have bought a car. But NEVER from a jerk like Tim. More
