Overall I am very happy with my Morrie's experience. David and Rich made sure I had all my questions answered and were readily available. When the car I wanted was not on sight, they had it picked up and ready for me in 2 business days! When I picked up the car, I learned that it had just arrived that day straight off the truck, from the factory! When I picked up my plates they greeted me with a friendly smile and a welcoming handshake. Everyone asked how I liked my new car. They honestly got me excited about my new car all over again! Jim and the finance department were fast and very easy to work with. All of the information was clearly explained and Jim made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. I am soo happy with my New Nissan Rouge. The sales guy explained everything about the car all of the safetly features as well as took the extra time to show me how and where everything was. Morries Brooklyn Park Subaru was the best dealership that I've done business with. The prices alone are enough to make you do business with Morries, but its their customer service that truely sets them apar I've done business with. Our sales person (Elliot Tan) was so easy to work with. He knew his product, answered all of our questions, and he was happy to show/test drive a ton of cars with us before we ultimately made a decision (and was very patient with us!). The finance people and General Manager were incredibly easy to work with also. Not one of them was pushy or deceptive, instead they were all very helpful and took the time to understand what we wanted and got us into the car that fit our needs (unlike most dealerships that just lead you to a car that they need to get off their lot). We were offered a lot more money than other dealerships previously offered on our trade-in also. I can honestly say that the whole process was 100% stress free and I will be doing business again and again with them. I tell everyone that I know to look to Morries for a new or used car because their Buy Happy program really delivers on it's promise. To sum it up, Morries has great prices, offeres a great extended warranty (free!), and most importantly excellent customer service. Thanks again Elliot! We love our Forester! More
