I previously was a Dodge owner for years. I was intrigued by the Murano. Went to Morries in BP and fell in love with the vehicle. The staff made me feel at home and did not pressure me. I love the car and definetly appreciated the great customer service from Rich. He explained everything so well that made the transaction go smooth. Many people have raved about my car. I enjoyed my time at Morries purchasing the car. I know they will continue to treat me well as this is so important to me. Good customer satisfaction is what brings you back to the dealership over and over again. I'm sold on Morries and tell others to try them first, as they won't be disappointed. I absolutely was blown away by the service, Very fast and professional and only made the neccessary repairs I had asked for. They did an inspection and I was good to go. This is the only shop I have been to where I don't get a call after half an hour saying I need a new johnson valve or some other mysterious part replaced for hundreds of dollars. I felt that Morrie's was the exact opposite of all the negative stereotypes of auto mechanics! More
I am soo happy with my New Nissan Rouge. The sales guy explained everything about the car all of the safetly features as well as took the extra time to show me how and where everything was. When I came back to pick up the car after it was paint protected and everything was done Anthony called and asked to stop in and say hi. It really felt like they cared and the accessorties guy make sure I got what I wanted for my car (door guards). Since I bought it I brought it back for my frist oil change and the service lady greated me like she had known me for years made me feel like I was a name and not just a paycheck. It is a great place to buy a car I will buy any future cars from them. More

The service department staff has been consistently friendly and efficient. Of course, the cars have also been extremely reliable, so normal maintenance is typically the only reason we've needed to service them. More

When the car I wanted was not on sight, they had it picked up and ready for me in 2 business days! When I picked up the car, I learned that it had just arrived that day straight off the truck, from the factory! When I picked up my plates they greeted me with a friendly smile and a welcoming handshake. Everyone asked how I liked my new car. They honestly got me excited about my new car all over again! Jim and the finance department were fast and very easy to work with. All of the information was clearly explained and Jim made sure we felt comfortable every step of the way. This dealership was very nice, and the first one we visited were we actually like our sales people we were working with. We really didn't feel the pressure and hassles we got at other dealerships. ANTHONY LAIRD WAS GREAT. WENT OUT OF HIS WAY TO BE NICE. I JUST HOPE THIS KEEPS UP WHEN WE BRING THE CAR INTO GET WORKED ON IF WE HAVE TO HAVE SOMETHING DONE.
