My experience with Jonah, the salesperson, was great. He was very friendly, and answered all of my questions about the Altima I ended up leasing. During that process, Jonah told me that Morrie's had a no-negotiation policy, and before I giving the green light, I asked two separate times what the price was. When w sat down at his desk, he presented me a pmt much higher than I expected. When questioned, he deferred to what I thought was going to be the F&I person. Instead, the sales manager (Chris?) arrived and explained at a high level how the pmt is made up of residual, interest, taxes, etc. I told him I understood all that, but wanted to see the details behind the payment. He returned with what looked like a printout from a mainframe. I attempted to decipher the code on my own, but couldn't understand it. When I asked questions, the sales manager was vague and seemed unwilling to walk me through how the payment was derived (Either that, or he didn’t know how the payment was derived either). After I told him the payment was unacceptable, he returned with a pmt that magically decreased by $53. This new payment was still $20-30 higher than I expected and I will still getting little in the way of explanation when I noticed that the sales price was $1000 higher than what Jonah told me. The sales manager told me that the "price" I was quoted was for a regular purchase, not a lease. The problem I have is that this was my second trip to Morrie's and both times I openly explained that I would be leasing a new vehicle. So, how could I possibly be going through painful negotiations when there is supposed to be no negotiation? This turned out to be what I consider a typical show of salesmanship and I feel, once again, like I was taken advantage of. Plus, after all that, I had to wait over an hour to sign papers. Could you please show at least half the urgency and courtesy after the sales is finalize as when you’re trying to close the deal?? More

Where as most people get a chance to work with a particular dealer once every few years. I deal with them almost weekly. It is extremely important to me and the credit union members that I represent, that the people we deal with in the purchase of new cars are capable, competent and courteous. Aaron Schoenack is our guy at Morries Nissan. He not only meets those expectations, he exceeds them. As far as pricing goes, it doesn't get any easier than Morrie's. They give us the best price the first time so I don't have to worry if the members I represent are getting a good deal. Aaron and Morries Nissan are a wonderful group to deal with in getting a new car. They make it so easy. Frankly, they make me look good. That works for me. More
I bought my car from Morrie's and was very pleased with the attention I received and the professionalism in working with Dave Price and the entire sales department. In February of 2002 I bought a new Subaru Forester from this dealership,everthing about that experience was excellent. I was so satisfied with the car, the employees and service, that when I decided to bu this dealership,everthing about that experience was excellent. I was so satisfied with the car, the employees and service, that when I decided to buy a new Subaru I continued doing business with this dealership. Scott Thomas, sales rep., was very well informed about all aspects of my purchase and shared his knowledge with me. The financing process was very quick and thorough. I've always beeen satisfied with the quality of work and customer service that I have received. I appreciate being greeted by name when I enter the service dept. and walk through the showroom. The work is done on time, the waiting area is very comfortable and everyone is always very friendly. More
Before we decided to buy a car we started working with Scott. He helped us get questions answered before we even got to the dealership. When we couldn’t find the exact trim line we wanted Scott offered to drive down to Madison to pick up the exact car we were looking for. We ended up finding one that fit us perfectly right on his lot. During this process Scott was very friendly and professional. We did not feel at any point we were being “sold” a car. Scott was honest and upfront which was very refreshing. Due to my wife’s professional association we were given the VIP package for price. This meant we got a great car at an amazing price. I cannot imagine many people feel good about the price they paid for a new car but we did. I would recommend any of my friends or family to work with Scott because I know they will have the same great experience that we had. More

As a single woman buying a car, I was very skeptical about going anywhere so I looked online first. Joe at Morries is the only person out of 4 inquiries I made online that answered me. He had both models I wanted ready when I arrived, and the whole process was very smooth. The FREE oil changes and carwashes are great, and they remember me when I come in. Morries is a great asset to Nissan, as I will definitely get another one when the time calls for it. More

We purchased two new cars the same summer from Morrie's/BP . . . first our Rogue and than our Sentra. Morrie's sales and service was the reason for our additional purchase.
