This being the first car I’ve bought in 8 years, I wanted to make sure I was getting a quality car from a respectable dealership. As soon as I walked onto Morrie’s lot I felt very comfortable, and Dan was of to make sure I was getting a quality car from a respectable dealership. As soon as I walked onto Morrie’s lot I felt very comfortable, and Dan was of great assistance and support during my search. Not only did he make sure to stay in my price range, he knew exactly what I wanted and was very patient with me as we narrowed down my selections. When I say patient I mean he drove me to at least four different lots and never pressured me to buy when I hesitated. He made sure I wouldn’t settle for anything less, and that is the reason I am very happy with my car today. I started by looking at Nissans and Mazdas but nothing really excited me. I thought I would have to pay much more for what I had in mind. That’s when Dan asked if I’d be interested in the Hyundai’s . He found a wonderful deal on new Sonata’s that just went on sale after the 2011’s came out. Because he let me know right away, we were one of the first people to drive out to the Hyundai lot and test drive it. Ten minutes later I was sold and I haven’t even had a trace of buyer’s remorse. Thanks everyone at Morrie's and thanks Mr. Dan!! More
We had a good experience the second time we walked in the door. The first time we didnt like the sales person and were able to switch to a sales manager. The even had a baby changer for our little on (4months). The bathrooms were clean the cars were even washed for us, explained to us, and parked right were we came out. Fair price and fare trade it! The Salesperson was really welcoming and friendly. He gave us much attention and explained us the different models and accessories. He gave us an excellent price yet it was a referral from Costco. He gave us a discount for mats and a free oil change. After the first oil change, they forgot to reset the miles and a red light went off while driving three days later. The Salesperson was very polite and took care of the red light. He gave us another free oil change. After this incident I never had any other problem with any work performed there. More
I contacted Bruce Tuesday morning, and he hooked me up with a teriffic deal on a fresh trade-in. Best car buying experience ever. It had been several years since my wife and I had purchased a new vehicle, so we wanted to do it right. We researched vehicles and dealerships. After narrowing it down to Subaru we then looked at about 4 or 5 dealerships. We made some initial conatacts and waited to see what the response would be. Well, Morries won hands down. Response time, no nonsense pricing, honesty, and helpful, but low pressure salesmanship convinced us that Morries was the place to shop. Dean Burke was professional in every sense of the word. The feeling of confidence that we developed for him put us at ease during this important step in our lives. Since purchasing the car, the continued quality service and follow-up has assured us that we made the right choice. I don't know how many more new cars we will buy in our life time, but two things are certain...It will be a Subaru and Dean Burke, at Morries will be our our choice. WOW what a great experience! The customer service was outstanding. Very helpful & friendly. Everyone I dealt with was great. My experience with Jonah, the salesperson, was great. He was very friendly, and answered all of my questions about the Altima I ended up leasing. During that process, Jonah told me that Morrie's had a no- was very friendly, and answered all of my questions about the Altima I ended up leasing. During that process, Jonah told me that Morrie's had a no-negotiation policy, and before I giving the green light, I asked two separate times what the price was. When w sat down at his desk, he presented me a pmt much higher than I expected. When questioned, he deferred to what I thought was going to be the F&I person. Instead, the sales manager (Chris?) arrived and explained at a high level how the pmt is made up of residual, interest, taxes, etc. I told him I understood all that, but wanted to see the details behind the payment. He returned with what looked like a printout from a mainframe. I attempted to decipher the code on my own, but couldn't understand it. When I asked questions, the sales manager was vague and seemed unwilling to walk me through how the payment was derived (Either that, or he didn’t know how the payment was derived either). After I told him the payment was unacceptable, he returned with a pmt that magically decreased by $53. This new payment was still $20-30 higher than I expected and I will still getting little in the way of explanation when I noticed that the sales price was $1000 higher than what Jonah told me. The sales manager told me that the "price" I was quoted was for a regular purchase, not a lease. The problem I have is that this was my second trip to Morrie's and both times I openly explained that I would be leasing a new vehicle. So, how could I possibly be going through painful negotiations when there is supposed to be no negotiation? This turned out to be what I consider a typical show of salesmanship and I feel, once again, like I was taken advantage of. Plus, after all that, I had to wait over an hour to sign papers. Could you please show at least half the urgency and courtesy after the sales is finalize as when you’re trying to close the deal?? More

Where as most people get a chance to work with a particular dealer once every few years. I deal with them almost weekly. It is extremely important to me and the credit union members that I represent, that the people we deal with in the purchase of new cars are capable, competent and courteous. Aaron Schoenack is our guy at Morries Nissan. He not only meets those expectations, he exceeds them. As far as pricing goes, it doesn't get any easier than Morrie's. They give us the best price the first time so I don't have to worry if the members I represent are getting a good deal. Aaron and Morries Nissan are a wonderful group to deal with in getting a new car. They make it so easy. Frankly, they make me look good. That works for me. More

I have since had my car into service for an oil change, and again... the service dept. was exceptional.. very nice, clean and friendly staff.
