Whether or not I would recommend this dealership is really not a yes or no for me (but I had to check one). I guess I would tell someone the following: Be careful of Morrie's "BUY HAPPY" promise. I purchased a 2010 Forester from Morrie's during the Cash for Clunkers program. When I was first looking, I waited in the lot for about 10-15 minutes before anyone even came out. I was a little irriated but I let that go because I knew the dealers were crazy busy during that time. I ended up buying the car and I love it. Everything went pretty smoothly. In the Buy Happy Program you get (supposedly) a free car wash and interior cleaning if you bring the vehicle in on a Saturday. At other times during the week it is just a car wash. I brought my car in almost every Saturday after buying it and got the service that was promised. However, it seemed that the wait got longer each time and there seemed to be a conflict between the service dept and the sales dept as to who was responsible for delivering the car wash promise. I talked to Dean almost everytime I came in. Morrie's then changed the day of the interior and exterior cleaning to a weekday - I guess because they didn't have enough manpower to deliver the service on Saturday. The first time I went on the new designated day Dean came over to talk to me and said "You do know you are not really entitled to the interior and exterior cleaning deal? - Only the exterior wash." This was news to me after 8 months. When I informed him that it was promised to me at purchase he said whoever said that was wrong or that I misunderstood. Obviously, it was Dean who told me that because he sold me the car. Not sure where I would get that idea unless somebody told me that. He made me feel like I was trying to take advantage of something I was not entitled to. The thing is, not having that service would not have been a deal breaker for me - the promise only costs about $25.00. What IS a deal breaker for me is the dishonest way in which this news was presented to me. Don't try to tell me "that was the old policy from the old dealership and you would have gotten a sticker." - that was another story I got. Sticker? I was never even AT the old dealership. If you changed the policy or you made a mistake when you sold it to me - say that up front. I would have understood that. Don't try to blame it on me and insinuate that I am taking advantage because you changed the rules in the middle of the game. Make sure you UNDERSTAND ALL OF THE DETAILS about the "BUY HAPPY" promise. More
They provided excellent sevice, felt like I was treated fairly, sales and finance staff very friendly and personable, did not feel pressured which is very importsnt to me, also the finance person went out fairly, sales and finance staff very friendly and personable, did not feel pressured which is very importsnt to me, also the finance person went out of his way to make sure I was recieving the best percentage rate not only on the vehicle I purchased but another vehicle of ours as well. Dan had done everything he said he would do, including following up on some minor questions after the sale. I am certain Morries has a number of great sale consultants, but Dan Kamrath is the person I recommend. More
The only word I can use to describe this dealership is "slimy." After telling the salesman several times that I was not looking to buy today - only do some research and take a test drive - he proceeded t "slimy." The sales manager just happened to stop by several times to talk to us. I really just wanted to gather some information and take a drive, something that only took about 30 minutes at other dealerships I visited in the same day, but somehow wound up spending 2+ hours at Morrie's Nissan. The entire experience left me annoyed and frustrated. Not only will I not purchase a car from Morrie's Nissan, I will not purchase my car from any Morrie's dealership after this experience. More
Morries Subaru/Nissan is made up of true professionals. During the whole buying experience, I didn't feel like I was dealing with slime ball car salesmans. They stuck by their word. Felt very confident buying from Morries. Knew I was getting a fair price, and never felt pressure at any step along the way. Ryan answered all my questions and then some, and was very patient through t getting a fair price, and never felt pressure at any step along the way. Joe was great to deal with on the financing end, he presented several options, and again, was very patient. I like the way that Morries sells cars....no hassle pricing and no pressure. The warranty, oil changes and free car washes are a very nice part of their overall package. Check out Morries, and ask for Ryan, you won't regret it! More

He even gave me his cell phone number so I could call him directly or text him a message. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and I'm happy to know I purchased a car from such a caring dealership that values its customers and acknowledges how important the car buying experience is, especially for first timers, like me! Dean Burke was the most patient sales person. He took me on test drive after test drive. I had so many things to evaluate in my purchase of a new car and he was exceedingly patient and went out of his way t on test drive after test drive. He was always available to answer any questions - and I had a lot of them. He and other staff members helped me (they were all very helpful) with accessories and I am very happy with my purchase. The price is why I came to Morrie's; they were $2,000 lower than any other similar car around. They were friendly and have continued to help me even after the sale.
