I have always had good service when I have come in for oil changes or other things. Anita is very helpful and has always been very friendly. This dealer has reversed my life- long aversion to auto dealers in general. From sales to follow-up to service, the experience has been outstanding. Since the Nissan has no troubelsome issues, I must drop in for coffee, as invited, since the service intervals don't allow for sufficient "visiting". The service department and Anita, in particular, attend to your concerns, as though the only one in the place. It is reminiscent of the airlines in the "old" days, when the attendants actually appreciated your business, and were happy to express it. Inspections and fluids are always addressed, automatically. I can find no fault with any of these experiences, and would consider no other dealer in the Mpls region for our automotive needs than Morries, and Morries Broolyn Park, to be specific. Anita did a wonderful job on such a busy day. You have done a great job on my car. Long story short, Loren in service saved me from having to spend $500+ on a new power steering pump for my 06 STi. He could have very easily charged me for this because my extended warranty documentation was wrong(not this dealers fault)but instead I ended up paying $50 including rental car for 2 days. There is more to the story but bottom line is Lorens great customer service should not go unnoticed. I would also like to add that because I was treated so respectfully in the service department I will be returning to Morrie's Subaru to purchase another Impreza for my wife. More
I have been impressed with Morries since I purchased my Armada last year. I was there today for a free oil change and a remote start problem. I knew it was time for an oil change and some break work. I spoke with Chris who knows me from past visits and set up an appointment. Chris was the service manager who greeted me on arrival. I had some coupons and gift certificates that Chris made sure were reflected on my bill. In the waiting area I enjoyed chatting with other Nissan owners. One woman had three Nissan vehicals in her family; and she agreed Morrie's has great service. We were watching the Today show on the flat screen TV in comfortable chairs. The waiting area is large enough so even five or six people can come and go with out it seeming too full. It turned out some break parts were needed; so Chris set me up with a Nissan Altima loaner for the afternoon. I liked the keyless push start button and smooth ride. Chris called to inform me that my car was washed and ready for pick up. I noticed while paying for the service how the other staff were happy and very friendly. I never feel like a stranger at Morrie's Brooklyn Park Nissan / Subaru. Driving is fun and as long as I keep up on the required service from Morrie's the cost is well worth it. Oh, I also had some body work done a week ago at Morrie's auto body down the road. A passenger side mirrow was broken and the gas cap flip lid had been damaged. Now my car looks good as new! More
