We bought a 2011 Nissan Rogue. Bobbi was great and let us both test drive the car on 2 different days. We came in to purchase on a Saturday and it was very busy, but she kept updating us on where we were in both test drive the car on 2 different days. I appreciate that he always addresses and explains vehicle issues with regard to urgency so that I can choose to take care of additional issues while I am there OR choose to wait til my next visit to meet my budget. He lets me know what my expected wait time will be and is always quite accurate. The personal service is sincerely appreciated, builds trust, and has turned me into a loyal customer. -I absolutely love driving away in a sparkly clean, washed AND dried vehicle! I like the idea of best price on the window of the vehicle. This price included all available rebates and incentives. Anita did a wonderful job on such a busy day. You have done a great job on my car. The oil chain, rotation of my tires, and washing the outside (which was really dirty from all the snow, roads, and slush done a great job on my car. I have always had good service when I have come in for oil changes or other things. Anita is very helpful and has always been very friendly. When I twice had mice in my air filter, she lamented with me oil changes or other things. Anita is very helpful and has always been very friendly. One thing that has really been nice is she recognizes me and remembers me. It is nice to feel like you are a person and not just another oil change. More
This dealer has reversed my life- long aversion to auto dealers in general. From sales to follow-up to service, the experience has been outstanding. Since the Nissan has no troubelsome issues, I must drop in for coffee, as invited, since the service intervals don't allow for sufficient "visiting". The service department and Anita, in particular, attend to your concerns, as though the only one in the place. It is reminiscent of the airlines in the "old" days, when the attendants actually appreciated your business, and were happy to express it. Inspections and fluids are always addressed, automatically. I can find no fault with any of these experiences, and would consider no other dealer in the Mpls region for our automotive needs than Morries, and Morries Broolyn Park, to be specific.
