I have never experience such poor service in my life before. Why I rate Morrie's nissan this low is because my experience there with the use sale rep was not a pleasant one. I never knew that the standa before. Why I rate Morrie's nissan this low is because my experience there with the use sale rep was not a pleasant one. I never knew that the standards set for sale reps was set this low at Morrie's. I never knew that it was ok for anyone who is working with a customer to be cursing and swear right in front of a customer. The use sale rep there said right in front of me "SILLY DUMB A*S MUST OF WENT IN THE OTHER DOOR" I stood there SHOCKED!!!! thinking to myself WOW!!!. I reported him to his boss and he looked at me with the look of oh thats not a big deal here and we swear at each other all the time. Knowing Morrie's super low standards they probably won't do anything about it. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone unless you enjoy hearing curse words and swearing all around you. Planning on spending my money somewhere else. More
In February, I took my Nissan Altima in to have it checked for Thermostat issues. They told me there would be a charge of $137 dollars. Within 45 minutes, they had given my a temporary diagnosis off p checked for Thermostat issues. They told me there would be a charge of $137 dollars. Within 45 minutes, they had given my a temporary diagnosis off possibly needing a new head gasket. But wanted to double check everything and asked me to return in 500 miles. This morning I returned and again, within 45 minutes, they returned with great news. No new head gasket needed. They did a great job asking clarifying questions about my cars performance and were quick. And - my car got a great car wash. They recommended I come back in in 1,000 miles to triple check it. Said I wouldn't need an appointment, but to just come in. What I appreciate most about this dealership is the friendliness, non-threating environment and willingness to work with their customers. Service department is very rude. Don't bother asking any questions, their answer "do you want us to do the work or not" All I asked was was the quote I was give by the hour or the job. I walked out, called another dealer, got my questions answered and it was half the price. More

SHE IS GREAT TO WORK WITH AND ALWAYS RECOMMENDS THE NEEDED SERVICE, I DRIVE 20 MILES ROUND TRIP FOR HER SHE RECOGNIZES MY VOICE AND CALLS ME BY NAME. This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new car, and I'm 57 years old, and have bought a LOT of cars. The MAXIMA is incredible. This was the second time I had brought my vehicle in for servicing. Scheduling an appointment was easy and they were willing and able to provide an estimate over the phone for the work. They were prepared when I brought in my Trooper on the date/time of my appointment and all the paperwork was ready. I really appreciated the "loaner" vehicle the dealer provided as it was a top quality car, not a "junker". The service adviser, Loren VanDuinen, was courteous and professional and made sure everything went smoothly. As a matter of routine, the dealer conducts a routine safety inspection which disclosed a serious problem with my rear brakes, a metal-on-metal condition which, given the icy and snow-packed roads we frequently have in Minnesota, could have led to an accident. I had no idea that the problem existed and when I expressed some reservation about incurring the additional expense Loren was very understanding. I was convinced that he was truly concerned about my safety and not just looking to "pad the bill." He provided an estimate for the additional work and I chose to proceed. When I picked the vehicle up later that afternoon,imagine my surprise when I found the bill for both services was substantially less than what had been quoted! I could not have been happier with my experience and heartily recommend this dealer and staff to anyone looking for an auto repair facility. More
