Customer Service - John was very thorough with the details of the vehicle and what the next steps would be. Quality of work - I asked to have the vehicle washed and buffed before I departed. This was not done to my satisfaction so I called John and he personally made sure it was completed correctly. Friendliness - John Quinn, the Used Car Manager for my Trade-in and Paul in Finance were all very friendly and displayed good sense of humor. Overal Experience - I was very pleased and I have already gave John my requirements for a car for my daughter that we will be purchasing in the next 60 days. Price - I was hoping to get closer to Blue Book price for my trade-in. The Used Car Manager was clear on what his expenses were but that did not put more money towards my new/used car. More
The reason for the "3" rating on the overall experience was due to problems on locating and getting the vehicle we wanted from other dealers out of state. Our Sales person gets 5 stars for getting us through the process with as many as glitches as we had and still kept a smile on his face! This is our first Nissan purchase of any kind (switching from Toyota) and the main reason was better gas mileage in the class/size car we were looking for. We feel that we got much "MORE" car for the money going with the Sentra than other cars we looked at (VW Jetta, Toyota Corolla, Hyundai Elantra, Chevy Cruze). Ask for John Quinn when going to this dealer for your salesperson and you will not be disappointed!! More
They took the time I needed to review the Subaru Outback, answer my questions, and allowed my an extensive test drive. The buying process was comfortable and no pressure. I appreciated the extensive knowledge of the vehicle including the extensive walk around of the car when I picked it up. They took time even after the sale to show me all the tie downs on the car and where the best places and ow to tie down a canoe. I also liked the 7 day return policy and 30 day exchange program. I have no intention of using it but helped give me the comfort in buying. Of course there was the after market protection package sales efforts but again not as extensive as I have had at other car dealers in the past. I am quite pleased with my choice in an auto and Morrie's as the dealer. More
From the second I walked into Morrie's in Brooklyn Park I felt they wanted me to be happy. There was no hard sell, I actually enjoyed listening to Scott talk to me about the Forester. I traded in my Hyunadai Entourage on 3/26 to a chevy dealer and they discovered that I had been sold life insurance along with my extended warranty. They asked me why as a single woman would I want lif dealer and they discovered that I had been sold life insurance along with my extended warranty. They asked me why as a single woman would I want life insurance on my vehicle and I said I didn't! That was a shock to me. I went to Morries on Friday 4/1 around 3:00 and needed to talk to the someone in Finance. They were all sitting in one office and the receptionist poked her head in and said "someone needs to speak to someone in finance" and the reply from a guy was "what does she look like" and I replied, "I am standing right behind her so be careful what you say." The response was "ah ah, I thought it might be one of my customers" The lady came out of the office and said I can help you and took me into her office where she still had her dirty dishes sitting from her lunch. I told her that I traded in my van and was there to cancel my life insurance and extended warranty and her response was "Oh and you didn't come to us?" I told her no I needed to buy something that gets really good milage. She took my originals out of my paperwork, made copies of my new Purchase Agreement and handed them back and said "there you go". I shook her hand and it was the limpest hand shake I have ever had, it was like she could have cared less to have dealt with me. I couldn't wait to get out of there! I called Besty on Saturday morning to ask her some questions. I left you a voice mail around 10:30 and then I called her again around 1:30 and got her voice mail so I asked for her to be paged. She answered the phone and I said, "Besty, this is ..... and I have left you a couple of messages." She said, "Yes I got them, but I'm with customers. We don't have time on Saturdays to return any phone calls. You're going to have to call the office on Monday. We are busy all day Saturday with customers." I said politely "Thanks for NOT helping me and you're the rudest person I have ever met" and hung up on her. I WAS a customer of Morries Hyundai, but I will recommmend that anyone I know NEVER go to that dealership because of the way I was treated. I had a wonderful time buying my new car at my new dealer so I know how it's SUPPOSED to be. More
Until now, all of my dealership experiences were HORRIBLE! I met Scott over a month and a half ago, and he worked with me, not only on my fleet leases but also to sell me my personal Suby. If every experience I had was the same as the way SCott treated my, Id still have my Cadillac SRX. Instead, not only do I have a new Outback, that is quite the ride, by the way. BUT I have a dealership that I can proudly announce my association. Ryan the accessories manager was qutie helpful as well. Mike also. Scott has proven to me that even at 50, there is still decent people that will go the extra mile to get the job done. I look forward to many years of service from my Suby, and the folks at Morries Brooklyn Park Subaru/Nissan. Thanks Scott! More
