Outstanding experience purchasing our new 2011 Nissan Sentra SE. Mike was informative, helpful, knowledgeable and wicked funny. We really weren't even looking to purchase a Nissan and had been looking at other cars, but Mike won us over and if it wasn't for him, I'm not sure we'd have even known how great a vehicle the Sentra is. The only thing, and it's minor in comparison to our positive experience is that it takes wayyyyyyy too long. We were there for 5+ hours ( from test drive to delivery ) But other than that I give our experience an A+ More

We came in late on Wednesday and test drove a car and started talking about financing. It got. to be too late to get bank approval that evening. Both of them stayed until 10:15 to wrap up all the paperwork. Even after the sale, Mike wanted to make sure that we knew where all the buttons were and how everything worked. C.J. was the biggest jerk I have ever been involved with while trying to buy a used car for my son.
