I will for sure be coming to this dealership to have my new Subaru serviced. I wish I had come here to buy. Even though we had already bought our Subaru from another dealership, he spent time with us (well over an hour) helping to set up the handsfree phone system. He made sure that we were taken care of and let us know that we could count on him to help us with any problems in the future. More
Bought a 2007 Jeep Sahara that came with the hard top on and the soft top in the rear. We actually asked Patrick, self-professed Jeep expert, to put the soft top on for us. He repled that the top appeared n and the soft top in the rear. We actually asked Patrick, self-professed Jeep expert, to put the soft top on for us. He repled that the top appeared new and never used but if we wanted to come back and see him, he would help us put the soft top on. After getting home, we discovered parts (windows and application bars) missing. We contacted Patrick who basically blamed the previous owner, promised a resolution but then just stopped returning our calls. Morries refused to supply the parts (even though at the time of the sale they "guaranteed" everything was present. The rear windshield wiper was also missing at the time of sale and that too was promised to us, but never delivered.). At this point we went to CJ, the used car sales manager who quite literally lied to my husband about having ordered the parts and then blew him off. I even went there and had a face to face conversation with him, referring to legal action if this wasn't resolved. Ultimately we were left with over $600 of parts to purchase in order to apply the soft top. Despite multiple attempts to contact Morries headquarters, no response was ever recieved. I wouldn't go to another Morries if my life depended on it. They were the most low-life, lying, coniving group of shiesters I have ever dealt with. No one in this company from the salesman to the president gives a f--- about customer service. The "Buy Happy" motto??? I have to laugh everytime I see it. More
I have to see that for my first car buying experience, Michael made it the best! I came into the lot and he greeted me very friendly and right away wanted to run the numbers to see what kind of car I coul Michael made it the best! I came into the lot and he greeted me very friendly and right away wanted to run the numbers to see what kind of car I could afford so that we knew what price range we were looking at. Most dealers just want to put you in a car first and run the numbers after you have found a car! I really enjoyed what Michael has done for me and my little girl. He was very patient in my choices and sat with me the entire time while the car was given to the financing department, instead of throwing me in the waiting room! AND they were short staffed in the car-washing department and Michael even went to help wash (in his suit!) the car once I got the loan to buy it! Michael even called me later that day to make sure I was happy with the purchase. We even talked later on in the week! I have to say that when I'm ready to buy a car again I'm going back to this dealer and back to my salesman...I wouldn't have it any other way! More

Chris and the service team take great care of my car. I took my car in and Chris coordinated with the body shop to have the issue with the trunk molding fixed (which was covered under warranty). Chris set me up with a nice Subaru loaner and worked with me and my availability to arrange for me to pick my car up at a time that suited my schedule after the work was completed. A couple days later I discovered that the trunk release wasn't working and there was a small nick in the paint by the tail light. I called and was able to get in the same day. It took 10 min. for them to reconnect the cable, wash and vacuum my car, and let me know it was ready to roll. Chris also had the paint nick touched up to prevent future rust-damage. He also apologized that I had to make a trip back for them to reconnect the trunk release. I continue to be impressed with the superior customer service I receive from Chris and the Nissan service team and look forward to taking my car in for regular scheduled maintenance work. Keep up the great customer service! More
This is the 4th car I've leased from this dealership and they've always been very clear and concise with their pricing and willing to get me the best deal. Joe was truly the best Salesman we have ever worked with! He was VERY attentive to our calls, emails and our visit, very hard working, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with (He has a great personality He was VERY attentive to our calls, emails and our visit, very hard working, knowledgeable, and a pleasure to work with (He has a great personality too!) He answered all our questions and made our experience looking at a new car painless which often times is not the case....The one and only reason we had to buy somewhere else was due to a family friend working at another dealership back home. Every time I come in for service I am impressed with the friendliness and helpfulness of the service department. Anita is very nice and helpful. I purchased a 2005 Hyundai in June and have been having intermittent "check engine" light problems, kept bringing the vehicle in and being told they cant find the problem but it may be an o2 sensor. Now that I actaully spoke to the tech myself, only to find out it is the o2 sensor #1 or #2 he said. Now,they won't fix it without charging me.. (the 30 day warranty is up) how convenient is that?? I am not okay with this and have filed a complaint with the BBB. More
I was not happy with the level of service at a Nissan dealership near my home, so I drove to Brooklyn Park to check out the Nissan up there.
