We had also investigated our vehicle selection through Consumer Reports and USAA insurance before making the final purchase decision. Although it was possible we could have purchased the same Altima at a different dealership (Consumer Reports best pricing) for a lower price, we liked the extra benefits Morries provided - lifetime warranty on the powertrain, free oil changes and car washes, and the dealership's close proximity to our home. When we finally made our decision, David Myles located our desired vehicle and within several days, we made our purchase. He also provided guidance in financing options which enabled us to receive the incentive option. More
Our sales person was very helpful and knowledgeable about the vehicle. We met the general manager and sales manager who also played a part in our purchase. Unfortunately, the new body style doesn't come out u My experience at Morrie's was AWESOME!! I came in to return my lease and get my third Altima. Unfortunately, the new body style doesn't come out until next year. Richard Adamson proceeded to show me the other Nissan products and asked me what I was looking for in a vehicle. My main concern was to have a vehicle that would be better in winter. He suggested we test drive a few vehicles. The Rogue, Pathfinder and the Murano. I instantly knew when I drove the Murano that this was it! It drove like my Altima and the features inside were very similar, so the transition will be easier. Rich understood what I was looking for and found me the vehicle I needed...and wanted. Once I made the decision to go forward with the Murano, I thought to myself "Ok, now the easiest part is done and the hard part begins...financing!" I was wrong! That was the easiest part. They had done all the preliminary work so when I said yes to the Murano...all I needed to do was pretty much sign! The combination of professionalism and family atmosphere made for a fun and memorable experience. I have received so many compliments on my new Murano. Leased car over phone for daughter doing summer internship in MN. Emphasized that I needed to title the car in Ohio, our home and sales manager said he could make that happen. Well of course we now have MN license plates, and they sent all the bills and paperwork to her temporary address where she was not receiving any mail even though they were very aware that she was just there for 12 weeks. All mail was being forwarded to the man she sublet from. This resulted in us getting a collection call which was a lot of fun. Now they won't even return our phone calls. Guess they are just happy to have leased us a car and can now care less. More

A month later, and many test-drives with Marsai, I ended up purchasing a Nissan Pathfinder and I couldn't be happier! Marsai connected with me on a very personal level. She didn't pressure me and she is extremely down-to-earth. Dean, Mike and Carter (and EVERYONE) at the Subaru/Nissan dealership are truly fantastic people!
