My brother-in-law bought a new Nissan from Morries, but it was our first time working with this dealership. I had previously purchased a Kia from Luther Kia/Nissan, so I started out working with them, even it was our first time working with this dealership. I learned Kline Nissan was closest to my house, so I stopped by there also. I must say that both Luther and Kline were great--no complaints whatsoever. However, I also wanted to check out Morrie's, and that's where we ended up closing the deal. The price was the same at all three dealerships I worked with. What really sold me was the Morrie's 10-promise program. Some of them are no big deal and more-or-less matched by other dealers, but a few of them are not and really stand out: 1) First 36-months worth of maintenance covered 2) Lifetime car washes (only when above 25 degrees though) 3) Lifetime powertrain warranty Very pleased overall! When I arrived, Anita welcomed me with a big smile. She made me feel part of the Nissan family. She gave me a detail information of the services that my car needed. They went so fast with the service that soon she called me to let me know the car was ready. I brought some coupons which made the bottom line more attractive. The car had the oil maintenance reset done for the next 3000 miles. I did not have to do anything. Moreover the car was washed and clean! More

Anita is a valuable asset to this dealership and should be compensated for the great service she provides each customer. She is one of the main reasons I keep coming back to this dealership even though it be compensated for the great service she provides each customer. She is one of the main reasons I keep coming back to this dealership even though it is about 20 minutes from my home and there is a Nissan dealer 2 minutes from my home. From the time you walk in the door she truly makes you feel welcome. She is always happy and friendly regardess of how busy she may be at the time. Thanks Anita! More
I purchased a Used Murano over a month ago, and have not had the greatest service. There were several items missing when I bought the vehicle and I've yet to receive them (including the plates). I have ma had the greatest service. There were several items missing when I bought the vehicle and I've yet to receive them (including the plates). I have made several repeated calls (a minimum of twice weekly) over the past month and the dealer does not call me (nor return calls when I ask them to follow-up). To me this means poor service. I don't believe that I, as a customer, should have to continuously follow-up with the sales team to find out where items are (all were either coming from another dealership across town, or ordered in) and it is the role of the sales team to ensure I am happy with service. The personalities of the sales people are great - however, as noted above I feel like the roles have been reversed and I am the sales staff and Morrie's is my customer since I am doing the reach-out. At this time, I probably wouldn't recommend Morrie's based upon my experiences over the past month (which I know differ drastically from other reviews posted on this site, but I'm not certain of the authenticity of their postings as I don't see any negative feedback). Again the initial contact with the sales team is positive, however any follow-up is not and is a struggle to get the items which should have been taken care of prior to the sale of the vehicle. More
