I had bought a used Subaru that had the check engine light on. I was told that part to fix it had already been ordered, and that it would be fixed a few days after I purchased it. I made sure to have them write on my purchase paperwork that they would fix it. After having it in the show a couple times because they couldn't figure out why it was coming on (almost 2 weeks in the first month of owning the car), they said it should be fixed. It came on again a couple days later, so I called their service department again. When I brought it in, they said the cehck engine light was for a different issue and that they would not fix it again, and that it would be around $1000 for them to fix it. After doing some research, the two check engine light issues the car had/has are related. I really feel like I was not taken care of, and do not recommend Morrie's used cars or service department. More
Anita is always great to work with. She is knowledgeable, efficient and polite. My car is always taken care of. Since I almost 50 mi away and can use a closer Nissan dealer I prefer to drive to this dealer. efficient and polite. My car is always taken care of. Since I almost 50 mi away and can use a closer Nissan dealer I prefer to drive to this dealer. they are very trust worthy which is rare these days, I have recommended this dealer to many of my friends and also have recommended Anthony Laird the one thing I dont like is the new lounge (sorry too picky since my car is well cared for} however it is "cold", impersonable and uncomfortable. the chairs make your back slouch. i also wouldnt mind paying for the coffee but it truly is nasty stuff! Brought my 2012 Outback in for its first oil change and first service work. Scott Olson and his crew did a great job. Also had a car wash. Some "gunk" was left on my wheels after it had been applied to first service work. Scott Olson and his crew did a great job. Also had a car wash. Some "gunk" was left on my wheels after it had been applied to keep lug nuts from rusting. Scott actually cleaned the rims for me by hand! My wife and I were very impressed with our visit. More
I called for an appointment to have a regularly scheduled oil change and the 15,000 mile service. They were friendly and receptive to my time table. I had to call later and move the appointment out a few hours and they were very accommodating. When I arrived for my appointment, Anita was very friendly and helpful. She showed me where I could relax and have a cup of coffee while I waited. She said it would take about an hour and it was just under an hour. I had a separate issue with a noise (squeak) periodically when applying the brakes. The mechanic didn't hear it and offered to ride with me and point out the noise. He was extremely accommodating. Unfortunately I did not hear the noise during test drive. During servicing he checked the brakes and found normal wear. I think he cleaned the brakes. They said if I hear it again breing it back. The service was great. Anita apologized for not washing the car because the outside temp was too cold. She said the weather report indicates it will be above 25 degrees Friday and they would be happy to wash it then if I could stop by. I am very satisfied. I will tell my friends and relatives about the great service. Everyone was very helpful from start to finish. Good job everyone. Anita was great. Kudos to her and your mechanic (I'm sorry; I was introduced but forgot his name; I find that a problem the older I get). You all have a great day. I did. Larry More

I own a 2002 Outback and needed to look at getting some work done while deciding if I wanted to keep my car or purchase a new one. In the process I was put in contact with Morrie's. Dominik Wernicke was the person I communicated with. From the moment the man spoke I felt comfortable. He was willing to listen to my needs and wants while encouraging me to drive to the dealership, test drive a car and get the answers I wanted. I agreed but as time would have it I couldn't get out there and proceeded to keep my appointment with the Subaru dealer in my neighborhood. That having been said, service was excellantand my my car came back in great condition. HOWEVER, while I was there I decided to go into the showroom. I had already had a conversation with an internate sales person who did not make me feel comfortable and now had encounted meeting the person that sold me my car. I felt uncomfortable, unappricated and I knew in a second that it would be Dominick that will likely get my sale when I decide to buy. I want to tell you that Dominik was not only kind and informative, he made me feel he was talking from a very balanced place and I felt a trust for him. I spoke with him this afternoon as he followed up and even after I didn't make my appointment, went somewhere else and did my business he still made me feel confortable, listened to and was understanding and for the futher offering me EXCELLENT PERKS for service which I'm sure I will be using. Great Job Dominik. Morrie's is blessed to have you. From everything I've experiance thus far with Morrie's I will not only use them in time but will drive a bit out of my way to get there. More
I gave the store and Anita perfects across the board because everything was truly amazing. Anita was fun, energetic, happy and unbelievably helpful. Anita is always very helpful and friendly. She remembers me every time I come in. She even remembered I had been there recently and was wondering why I was back in for another oil change.
