Morrie's Brooklyn Park Subaru

My daughter and I had a clear idea, at the time, of what she should have for a used car. We live in Hopkins and found a Subaru on-line at Morries of Brooklyn Park. We were helped by Dominik Wernicke and he immediately began with an explanation of Morries services and short interview getting information that would help us find a car. Based on the interview, Dominik found three cars for us to look at and test drive on site. We were very comfortable with Dominik, his knowledge, understanding, and ease in conversation. In addition, we learned about Morries' services and that any vehicle in at any Morries store was available for us to view and drive. I am in the process of test driving several models of car to try and narrow down my choice of the ones I want to focus on. I asked Andrew Hemmelgarn to let me drive 4 different cars (2 Subarus and 2 Nissans to try and narrow down my choice of the ones I want to focus on. I asked Andrew Hemmelgarn to let me drive 4 different cars (2 Subarus and 2 Nissans) which took about 2 1/2 hours. He went with me and explained the features on the car as we drove. He was very patient and helpful. Never once did I get the impression that he was impatient or wanting to move on to other customers. He spent the time needed to make me satisfied with my experience and he really did seem to like his job. He had a lot of knowledge about the cars he sells, and I never felt any pressure to speed up or to buy. I felt he was a pleasure to work with and would recommend talking to him if you are in the market for a Subaru or Nissan. More

I enjoyed the opportunity but due to the original 2012 Forester in Marine Blue being sold after my appointment was made... I took a Camellia Red Pearl as I live 4hrs away and couldn't reschedule again... Forester in Marine Blue being sold after my appointment was made... I took a Camellia Red Pearl as I live 4hrs away and couldn't reschedule again....not sure why, but the quote was to be a bit less but in review i see it was over....I added a sealer and warranty package but was not able to get in before leaving to drive back to Wisconsin...I now need to set this up and it will be another 4hr trip...overall excellent but still need these done and a quote on fog lights which I haven't rec'd. Andres did a good job and my son was involved as he lives near the dealership so he was talking to both of us...overall I am very excited to finally own a Subaru and have it for our winters in Wisconsin... We were looking for something bigger than a car and smaller than a pickup. Something easy to get into. Our friends and family spoke highly of Subarus. He explained the engine, drive train, and all the other features of the vehicle thoroughly. Andres answered all our questions. He was very patient with us during the test drive because we did not know the area. Andres and all the other staff at the dealership were very professional and courteous. I drove past this place, coming from other dealerships around that area. I decided to see what they had in stock within my price range. I am not the easiest customer at all. Bruce and others at the dealership were always polite, willing to help, not pushy at all, and were willing to work with me through many different scenarios regarding financing options, extended warranties and everything. when it came down to the purchase I was denied for my loan, and superstar Tina was able to come up with a few options for us. In the end they worked very hard, and i walked out extremely happy not having to trade in my vehicle. I thankfully have 2 cars now due to the options they were able to get for me. extended warranty is awesome. I have never written a review about a dealership before since i have only had mediocre at best experiences with dealerships. This dealership so far has been the best dealership that i have ever had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from. I have dealt with dealerships from numerous states. Pricing of the vehicle i chose... well could have been a bit cheaper, but the whole experience was worth it. i am the type of car shopper that will just walk out on a dealership if they start getting pushy. to me it doesn't matter if they have the car i want or not. I will go so far as to start taking road trips to other states if i need to. I can't say how great it is to have a dealership like them decently close by to where i live. More

Tina went above and beyond to help us resolve the warranty issues that a previous sales rep had made a mistake on that resulted in my dissatisfaction with Morrie's. In frustration, I called Morrie's and talked with Mindy who also spent a great deal of time getting me to the correct spot to leave a review.
