In January 2013 I was online looking around for an early 1970's Datsun 240Z.There are quite a lot to be found if one takes the time to look all over the country.Morrie's Auto came on google because they ha 1970's Datsun 240Z.There are quite a lot to be found if one takes the time to look all over the country.Morrie's Auto came on google because they had a 1972 Datsun 240Z for sale for $15,000.A good price for a '72 Z- if it's in good shape.I contacted Morrie's just to get some info on the car-the photos on their web site look almost too good to be true(condition wise).They gave me all the details I asked for including many more photos that they went and took just for me.The sales person whom I dealt with was Will Runkle. One of the odd things about my story is that I spend the winter months living in Thailand and the summer in Massachusetts.So I knew that buying any car,especially a classic collectors car from long distance was going to have some challenges.Will Runkle made this process so easy-actually fun.This was an unusual sale and probably from their side,a difficult one because I wasn't local.They answered every question I had,and I had a lot.They overnite mailed paperwork to me in Bangkok.They adjusted their work schedule somewhat to accomodate the time difference for my location.Mr.Runkle went way above and beyond what a guy needs to do to sell a car.Clearly my happiness and satisfaction were important to him.He understood my nervousness about buying a car unseen(in person) and from a distance.He made it possible.Thanks Will!!!!! So this week I flew back to Massachusetts to meet the car transport company and see the car firsthand.What a beautiful machine.Cleary the previous owner loved this car and took amazingly good care of it.And now it's mine! Buy happy is their motto, and when we had a problem with a used car, they turned it around big time! They knew the history of the trade and offered a short-term warranty at a fair price so we felt even more confident about the purchase. I never thought we'd find something that was high quality and low price, but CJ and Mark assured me they'd have a great car -- and they did. A great experience and I highly recommend them. The reason I gave the ratings I did was because walking into Morries was greeted right away by a sales associate and was not left to walk around and try to guess where to go. Also being asked if i wanted into Morries was greeted right away by a sales associate and was not left to walk around and try to guess where to go. I also enjoyed the friendly banter and the "get to know ya first" attitude that i got from the two sales associates that i dealt with. I also enjoyed the non-pushiness of the dealers. They didnt seem desperate to make a sale to me. More
This was my 2nd day looking to purchase a crossover vehicle. I had tried Ford, Chev, Toyota, Honda - - - and then my son insisted that I look at Subaru. We walked into the dealership and met salesperson, Thomas Vieau. He was very thorough in his explanation of the policies and what I could expect of a vehicle and service that would be available. Thomas let me test drive the XV Crosstrek, and had a route that would include several scenarios in which to get the feel of the vehicle on different kinds of areas. As I was becoming more interested, I was introduced to Ryan Mills, who explained different accessories that I was interested in. Ryan was also very helpful, not putting pressure on me, but answering my questions. I had not planned to purchase this day, but they gave me a good trade-in value on my current car, and Josh Engelby helped with the financial questions, and offered a very good interest rate. Josh had all the paper-work ultra organized, and it made the transaction move along smoothly. The vehicle I ended up purchasing that very day did not have all the features that I wanted, so Ryan Mills arranged for the extra features to be added, and scheduled a time in the next days to bring the car back to have this done. I dealt with Loren Vanduinen in the Service Department, and arranged for a car to loan, at no cost to me. The work was done very timely, and I was pleased with the results. I enjoyed working with Thomas, Ryan, Josh and Loren - - all giving great customer service. It was a stressful time having to make this huge decision to purchase, but they all made it easier. Each of the men worked together to make the whole experience well orchestrated and even pleasant. Thanks guys! More
My wife and I just traded in our 2010 Toyota Carolla for a 2013 Subaru Legacy. I first went in by myself not sure what we wanted, used or new, and was immediately helped by Thomas Vieau. I was shown and test drove a few used cars that I saw online but was also given many other options, including new cars. My wife and I were more concerned with the monthly payments and the entire staff worked with me to get the right price that I wanted. My wife and I were able to come back the next day and Thomas even came in on his day off to continue helping us. We ended up staying past there normal closing hours so that we could take our new car home and had a fantastic experience. We never felt pressured to buy and we would both highly recommend going there if you are in the market for a new or used car. More
