Will Runkle has been our sales person twice in the past 10 months. We had a problem with the first vehicle we bought and decided to trade it in. Will was there to help us with both. He always has a smile on face and is so willing to help in any way he can. I always look forward to seeing him when I go to get my car washed. I would recommend Will to any of my friends. I keep his business cards in my car to give to anyone that might need one. I appreciate Will and feel I have made a new friend. I would see Will the next time I need another car. Chris has proven to me that he looks after my best interest when it comes to service and maintenance. I credit Chris as one of the reasons that my Xterra has given me such good service over these many years. I ordered a new Subaru WRX STI and they were great to work with. The car came in earlier than promised, they got me fantastic financing and the car was inside in amazing shape as it was just washed and d work with. Walking into Morrie's in Brooklyn Park for the first time, I didn't know what to expect. In the past, I've only purchased vehicles from private owners, but working with Jerome on my recent vehicle purc time, I didn't know what to expect. In the past, I've only purchased vehicles from private owners, but working with Jerome on my recent vehicle purchase was a pleasure. He's knowledgeable, listens well, and helped me find the car that fit my needs. (Initially, I was interested in the Nissan Rogue, but after test driving several vehicles, Jerome worked hard and found me a great deal on a Murano-- and I couldn't be happier.) We took our time and I never felt under pressure to buy. Once we found the right vehicle, financing was quick and easy. Overall, a great experience from start to finish. I'd recommend visiting Jerome and Morrie's anytime. More

Not only was my car buying experience there something I enjoyed-yes enjoyed I said:) Today they were done with my service an hour before I expected, it was well done and during my wait, I was given an area where I could work on my laptop without being interrupted. I also take advantage of the buy happy guarantee for my free car washes and oil changes both at the BP location and out in Buffalo, that is also a great experience every time. At Morrie's in Buffalo I am there a lot and they even know my name when I walk in the service door. Thanks Morrie's for such awesome customer service! More
I was totally impressed by Mark. He took time to be sure I was getting a car that fit my needs and likes, and to walk me through all of the car's features--he even set up my Blue Tooth for me! In January 2013 I was online looking around for an early 1970's Datsun 240Z.There are quite a lot to be found if one takes the time to look all over the country.Morrie's Auto came on google because they ha 1970's Datsun 240Z.There are quite a lot to be found if one takes the time to look all over the country.Morrie's Auto came on google because they had a 1972 Datsun 240Z for sale for $15,000.A good price for a '72 Z- if it's in good shape.I contacted Morrie's just to get some info on the car-the photos on their web site look almost too good to be true(condition wise).They gave me all the details I asked for including many more photos that they went and took just for me.The sales person whom I dealt with was Will Runkle. One of the odd things about my story is that I spend the winter months living in Thailand and the summer in Massachusetts.So I knew that buying any car,especially a classic collectors car from long distance was going to have some challenges.Will Runkle made this process so easy-actually fun.This was an unusual sale and probably from their side,a difficult one because I wasn't local.They answered every question I had,and I had a lot.They overnite mailed paperwork to me in Bangkok.They adjusted their work schedule somewhat to accomodate the time difference for my location.Mr.Runkle went way above and beyond what a guy needs to do to sell a car.Clearly my happiness and satisfaction were important to him.He understood my nervousness about buying a car unseen(in person) and from a distance.He made it possible.Thanks Will!!!!! So this week I flew back to Massachusetts to meet the car transport company and see the car firsthand.What a beautiful machine.Cleary the previous owner loved this car and took amazingly good care of it.And now it's mine!
