After being taken advantage of by another car care center I decided to take the car back to the dealer where I bought it. She took the time to explain to me exactly what the problem was and why it was important to do the work now instead of putting it off. Not being a car person myself she made sure to explain it to me in ways that I could even understand. She made sure I paid only for exactly what I needed and not a penny more and did it all along with a warm smile and a great personality. Walking into Morrie's in Brooklyn Park for the first time, I didn't know what to expect. In the past, I've only purchased vehicles from private owners, but working with Jerome on my recent vehicle purc time, I didn't know what to expect. (Initially, I was interested in the Nissan Rogue, but after test driving several vehicles, Jerome worked hard and found me a great deal on a Murano-- and I couldn't be happier.)
