With over 200k miles on it, the time had come to replace my 2002 Subaru Forester. Thomas Vieau answered my questions over the phone and via e-mail promptly. He was focused on finding the right vehicle for me and helped me make my decision to purchase a 2013 Subaru Outback. The entire purchase process went smoothly, thanks to Thomas’ attention to detail. I love my Outback. What's even more impressive is the customer service after the sale, when there was a problem. I’ve had what is probably the best customer service experience of my life at Morrie's Brooklyn Park Nissan & Subaru. Without going into all of the details, they made a mistake and corrected it within 24 hours. This involved them towing my Outback from my house to their dealership; a loaner delivered to my house; and my repaired vehicle returned to my house – all in one day. I didn't even have a chance to use the loaner before mine was back. And they even cleaned it, inside and out. I felt like I was treated like royalty. Kudos to general manager Carter Doolittle and Loren in Service. It’s obvious they’re serious about customer service. They did everything right to correct a problem. I highly recommend Morrie's Brooklyn Park Nissan & Subaru. With Subaru’s track record, I’ll be driving my Outback for a long time. But when it’s time for a replacement, I’ll go back to Morrie’s. More

Carlos was wonderful I informed him that i wanted a good used car and gave him a price range. he searched through the lot for some possible vehicals I would be interested in. After three months of research and test driving other cars from other dealerships - I landed on a 2013 Nissan Altima as the right car to upgrade from my 12 yr old college car. I arrived at the dealershi cars from other dealerships - I landed on a 2013 Nissan Altima as the right car to upgrade from my 12 yr old college car. I arrived at the dealership after work around 5:00p on a Friday and worked with Nate Barbeln who made the rest of the process painless and pressure-free. He did a nice job of asking some questions in a way that wasn't invasive, but helped arrive at some recommendations on a way to get the most car for the money based on what was important to me. While my mind was entirely made up to buy - Nate was incredibly patient and answered my questions while we took a test drive. Once we got back, Nate walked me through the financing options (purchase v. lease) and helped crunch a bunch of numbers to help make sense of how much of a down payment made sense based on the monthly payment I wanted. Thanks to some low-interest financing options to buy - I pulled the trigger. The trade-in process was quick. I went for a quick drive around the block with Steve Lange - the trade in manager. He offered me 90% of what I wanted for the car, and we met in the middle at 95% (which would have required a good deal of time to sell on my own at that price point). Steve turned what could have been an uncomfortable negotiation into a nice way to find the common ground on the value of the trade in. It's worth mentioning that Morrie's finance manager Josh Engelby made the loan, gap insurance, and paperwork process incredibly easy. There were no last-minute "gotchas", or unreasonable add-ons. When I had questions - he was able to simply diagram the math on the back of a sheet of paper. When I signed my last signature, they introduced me to Kim Berbaum (sales mgr.) who thanked me for my business, they gave me the keys to the car, walked me through how to use the some of the cool features and functionality, and I was off. All the staff I worked with, shattered (probably long ago) the stereotype of the pushy car sales staff where the customers' interests may not be put first. Online reviews always read like somebody in the company's marketing department wrote them, but I'm just a satisfied customer. I'd be the first to write a poor review if the experience didn't go well - but this was a great buying experience. Even if it requires a long drive that takes you past many other dealerships - this is the one for you if you care about working with a professional customer-focused staff. My wife and I did a lot of research before we decided to go car shopping. Subaru was on top of our list and from the moment Thomas Vieau greeted us, we had a really good feeling about being there. Of course it helped that the cars we test drove were fantastic as well. That day, it was clear to us that we would not purchase the car right away and yet, we only went to one more dealership and crossed off the rest from our list. A few weeks later, we did our second test drive and today I can say we are very happy owners of our new XV Crosstrek. Thomas was amazing both times, being very patient and at the same time knowledgeable and he has a good sense of humor too. Sometimes when it comes to sales, the financing part can be a bit overwhelming. However, Brian Kruscke was a pleasure to work with. He explained all the little details to us that allowed us to make a very informed decision. The process was very smooth, we got what we wanted for our trade-in and drove home happy in our shiny, new car. See you next time! More
After being taken advantage of by another car care center I decided to take the car back to the dealer where I bought it. Anita was able to quickly get me in for an appointment and was able to have a technician accurately diagnose the actual issue I was having with my brakes. She took the time to explain to me exactly what the problem was and why it was important to do the work now instead of putting it off. Not being a car person myself she made sure to explain it to me in ways that I could even understand. She made sure I paid only for exactly what I needed and not a penny more and did it all along with a warm smile and a great personality. She's definitely earned my trust and I will be driving the extra miles to go to a shop I can trust for all my future work. Thanks Anita! More
