I went to Morrie's based on other recommendations I garnered from www.google.com and it's proximity to my workplace. It turned out to be a fantastic decision. The first person I worked with was Angela, a Subaru sales associate, who took me through the lot and helped me drive a few cars. I pretty much new what I was looking for, but she was happy to indulge my curiosity with some of the other car models. She was very attentive to my questions and made sure to get me the answers I was looking for. It was an extremely easy and pleasant experience to pick out my car. It had been a long time since I had purchased a vehicle for myself and I was happy to be helped by such friendly and courteous staff. Even when I wanted to make a last minute change and upgrade to a different model, they made the process so much easier. I also met Thomas, who was particularly knowledgeable about all things Subaru and was able to answer any of my technical questions about the vehicle. He was extremely knowledgeable about the differences between models and years, and that knowledge ultimately helped me make the decision about which type of Subaru I wanted to purchase. Angela and Thomas also gave me a great tour of their service facility and walked me through the whole process of buying a car like it was a walk in the park. When it came to the financial aspect of things, Tina was superb. She was able to take care of my financial needs and she kept me in the loop during the whole process. I would happily buy from this dealership again and highly recommend it. Their customer service turned what could have been a stressful experience into a pleasant and happy purchase. And I love my new Subaru Forester! More

Thomas Vieau was great to work with. He was extremely kind with all my questions of how every button and dial worked. I test drove it twice that nite, and really wasn't thinking about buying anything til fall. I felt no pressure to buy, in fact the cars are selling so fast it's crazy! I really liked the car, it seemed like a no brainer! If I didn't buy it someone else was waiting to! The last time I bought a new car it was such a hassle, and a lot of bartering back and forth and a real headache. Morries made it very clear this was a no haggling. no working on commission place and I really liked that aspect, In fact I really couldn't believe it. Thomas and Tina told me they were sure I'd have no regrets and I sure don't! I would highly recommend this dealer to anyone and in fact I have already done so! Since I drove it home at midnight, the next day I notice a very small scratch on the trunk hatch and Morries buffed it away in 30mins. I am a very Happy customer! More
I had a fabulous experience at Morrie's Nissan/Subaru in Brooklyn Park. I worked mostly with Carlos Rios on the purchase of a used Subaru. (By the way, do not let Carlos's youth and good looks distract you--he is very professional, energetic, and knowledgeable.) I asked about a Forester I saw online. As I test drove it, Carlos could see it wasn't fitting my tall frame very well and after questioning me more, he instead recommended a 2011 Subaru Legacy due to its higher cool factor and easy ability to accommodate tall/tiny people. I loved the car and learned about it while Carlos directed me on a test drive. He encouraged somewhat aggressive test driving and hung on as I put the car through its paces. Carlos presently works mostly with Nissan, but he still knew Subaru vehicles well enough to answer all my questions and give me a lot of background on the car. Carlos told me that this would be his next car purchase, though he doesn't expect to grow tired of his Nissan Juke anytime soon. I took the plunge and the finance guy got me a great auto finance rate (better than my credit union even!) Carlos told me about the Buy Happy promise which covers their nine promises to customers. Among the promises is that if you are not happy with your vehicle for any reason you may return it within 7 days or exchange it for a different vehicle within 30. It's only $49.97! Little did I know how important that little purchase would become. When I got home I decided to read about my car model on Morrie's website (since I had planned to buy a Forester, I didn't know the Legacy that well). I discovered that I could get a new Legacy Premium for only about $3K more than I had spent, and a Legacy Limited for about $5K more (due to new car discounts). While I loved my used car purchase, I couldn't help thinking that for a bit more money I should have gotten the new Subaru Limited. Darn it!! There was really a nagging feeling and I thought I made a mistake. Then I remembered the Buy Happy Promise. I called Carlos a few days later on Monday and I thought he might be really upset that I was taking his time for exchanging a vehicle. But he was great about the whole thing. We arranged a time for me to return to the dealership and meet him again. He took me for a spin in the new Subaru and I really loved it!! I decided on it. Since Carlos is a young up-an-comer at Nissan Subaru he is still working on his Subaru certification (come on Carlos, what's the hold up dude?) and so I was referred to Bruce Bowman, a 16 year veteran who loves his moonlighting job at Subaru (his real job is playing guitar gigs around town)--kidding. Bruce patiently went over all the options on my car, helped me program the phone Bluetooth, radio, climate control and other stuff on the high tech Subaru display. He worked well into the evening and did a great job wrapping up with me and explaining the various protection packages available. He really is an expert in Subaru cars and a polished professional. This was a very pleasant dealership experience. The one thing I would suggest if you are looking at a late model, lower mileage used car is to consider going new! You might find, as I did, that it's not all that much more. I can definitely recommend the whole service team at Morrie's. More

Had a great experience today at Morrie's BP Subaru. Thomas took great care of me. I was impressed that all of the employees seemed to really love their jobs, which made what could have been a long and Thomas took great care of me. I went in with 2 vehicles in mind, Andrew was very helpful on details about both vehicles that I test drove. The did everything they could to get my payment where I needed it to be, when I came in to sign the papers, Ryan actually surprised me and said between the time I spoke with him over the phone to when I arrived to sign the papers, he was able to get my payment another $35 lower per month. We went to Morrie's because of Bruce Bowman. We met him a few years ago, and his honest,friendly demeanor stayed with us. When we were ready to look for a car, we called Bruce to give him an idea of our needs. He not only gave us ideas, he never tried to upsell or steer us toward anything other than what we needed. He listened to our needs, found exactly what we were looking for, and worked with us through the whole process. There was never pressure or push invests, only honest answers and willingness to help us. We made the deal seamlessly and left with the perfect car for our son. Carlos is very professional and a great salesman I enjoyed working with him, but at the time I was not looking to do an upgrade. I was actually in for a routine maintenance on my '11 Nissan Juke, and enjoyed working with him, but at the time I was not looking to do an upgrade. After my conversation with Carlos I realize if I am interested in the future I can do an upgrade.
