I bought a 2008 Nissan Altima 3 weeks back from Morries Brooklyn Park, once I bought the car they told me that the title had expired. So I pay an additional 95$ for the title. Then they tell me there's only one key for the car. They still havent given me the other key. And now as soon as the summers start, guess what, the A/C doesnt work. They quoted 1300$ for changing the a/c compressor. I am so freakingly pissed that they're not even ready to change the compressor and they telling me that I should have bought an extended warranty. Now I have to shell extra money to get the compressor replaced. I wouldnt recommend anyone to buy from Morries Brookly Park. DONT GO TO MORRIES. PATHETIC SERVICE!! More

Angela, along with Scott Thomas and Ryan Mills, provided great service. Another very positive was that I came in expecting to look at only v6 Outbacks because I needed some towing capacity, but the general manager talked to me and let me know that a 4 cylinder could do just as well for my needs. That saved me money both in the purchase, but ongoing gas costs and maintenance. More

My daughter just bought a car from Jennifer and had such a good experience that my husband and I went to Morrie’s looking for a small SUV like the Subaru Forester. We didn’t realize that the car dealerships close early on Friday. Sales consultant Jennifer Kay was kind enough to talk with us and answer our questions. This worked out great because Jennifer introduced me to the Subaru XV Crosstrek so I did some research and came back Saturday morning. Jennifer was ready to help me. She made sure that my car buying experience was fun. I felt very comfortable working with Jennifer she was very pleasant and helpful she made sure everything went smoothly, while we were waiting for the finance person she used the time wisely by going over what features we had to have. We went to Morrie's with 2000.00 to spend on a used car. This is not a lot of money these days, but we were treated very well regardless. They had no problem with this, and even allowed the car to leave the lot on a busy Saturday morning to be inspected. Our salesman, Dan Anderson was very friendly, personable, and helpful. I would highly recommend this dealership and salesman. We plan on returning for our next car purchase. More
