I wanted a very specific type of vehicle and sent my request to the dealership via their online chat. When I arrived she introduced me to Thomas. He took the time to sit down with me and review all of my needs and wants for my new vehicle. We searched the lot and he was very focused on my needs and wants, he never showed me a vehicle outside my price range. However, we couldn't find the right vehicle for me that first day on the lot. Thomas then searched all of the Morrie's lots and found another vehicle, one that seemed to fit my needs and it did. I'm so happy to say I have my new vehicle in my driveway tonight. When I went to the dealership to get look for a new car I was not too excited about having to go through the process, but when I met with our sales person Dan Anderson, he made the whole experience much bett was not too excited about having to go through the process, but when I met with our sales person Dan Anderson, he made the whole experience much better and took a weight off my shoulders. We were looking for a used vehicle to call our "week-end warrior". We did some online shopping and found Morries had a vehicle that matched what we were looking for so we decided to stop in after "week-end warrior". We then met Daniel, he was very helpful and friendly. He sat with us to determine our needs and what exactly we were looking for in a vehicle. He exlpained how Morries does business which was very important to us. We were able to test drive the Titan and another type of vehicle that they had as well. We then decided the Titan was for us. It was a long process but only due to technical problems out of their control. But after all said and done we drove our "week-end warrior" home with us that evening. We have been to other dealerships and have never had the great customer service that we experienced at Morries. We will definetly be repeat customers and will recommend them to others as well. More
