Dan Anderson was very helpful in finding a car for our daughter. He was very courteous, and worked very hard to find the vehicle that we had picked out for her. We worked mostly with Thomas Vieau as our sales associate but Tina Ingalls the sales manager stopped by several times to see how we were doing. They were also down a couple finance people and she stepped in but Tina Ingalls the sales manager stopped by several times to see how we were doing. They were also down a couple finance people and she stepped in and did all the paperwork for us as well so we didn,t have to wait. Overall we had an excellent experience. Right when we stepped in the door Tina came over and asked what they could do for us and when we said we were interested in looking at some new subarus she got Thomas right away. Thomas was great, he asked us a bunch of questions on what we were thinking about and what features we wanted in a car, as well as what we would be using it for. We came in thinking about an Impreza or a Forester but Thomas was able to get us an amazing deal on an Outback, which we didn,t think we could afford. We after looking at the other two cars we only test drove the Outback and fell in love. When we decided to buy the Outback, they didnt have the color we wanted so the next day they sent someone to Duluth to drive our car back down. We even got a better accessory package for very little extra. Everyone was very friendly and there was surprisingly little pressure to buy the extended warranty or undercoating when we said we would pass. I would definitely go back again and recommend it to anybody I know. We were very happy with the Morrie's Bucks towards our next vehicle, $35 off our synthetic oil changes, free car washes and the 100,000 mile powertrain warranty as well. More

Kirk Rose was awesome! We were looking for a vehicle for my 16 year old daughter. Our budget was only $5000. He sat down with her and really listened to what she wanted. He found several vehicles in our price range that would work well for her. He really cared that she have a good reliable car. As much as he would have cared had she been his kid. When we first found the car we weren't able to test drive it because the keys were locked in a mechanic's toolbox. So the next day Kirk, along with my father, drove the car to my daughter's work so she could test drive it on her break. Really, above and beyond for customer service. Kirk was great with following up after the sale too. Making sure everything was to our satisfaction. I plan to have Kirk help me with my next new car purchase! More

Although the service is always excellent, this time around we were blown away with the gentleman that helped us, Josh Hansen. He took the time to hear me out on the things I really wanted and helped us find the perfect car in our price range. He made the experience enjoyable, memorable, and easy. We did have a little hiccup at the end with the car we purchased having a battery problem. It was replaced right away and it was clear the repair department felt bad, were very apologetic and efficient in getting it fixed. Good customer service sure pays off! Thanks to Josh, we hardly even minded. More
