A couple weeks ago, I was in the market for a new vehicle. With research, I narrowed it down to three small trucks brands, Nissan, Toyota, and Honda. I am a person that does not like the hassle of vehicle. With research, I narrowed it down to three small trucks brands, Nissan, Toyota, and Honda. I am a person that does not like the hassle of haggling. Just give me your best price and best service and you have my attention. I went online and put in a request for more information on all three vehicles. Dan Dalluge was the first one to contact me, "big plus". It was a no pressure call. Dan asked me what I wanted and what was most important to me. What I wanted was not in inventory so Dan said he would be in a search for the vehicle that met my expectations. It was only a day later and he called me back to say he found the vehicle I was looking for. Dan stood above the other dealers in my opinion and I ended up deciding to just go with Morries and not even bothering with the others. I came to Morries to meet Dan and was impressed with his professionalism. Very friendly, knowledgeable and upfront. This is what I look for in a dealership I am going to do business with. My wife and I had a very enjoyable experience at Morrie's. Everyone we interacted with was great. TJ made us feel at ease and did a great job explaining everything. If I had to give one constructive comment for TJ it would be related to offering leasing when a potential customer has indicated they want to buy. I understand that he was just trying to provide a different option and a more affordable option but he came back to it a couple times after we told him we weren't comfortable with leasing. Not a huge issue but something to think about. Another thing to note was that we were never told how much the Gold extended warranty would be. We were told how great it was but it was never included in our initial estimates. When we came back to pick up the car we were quoted an estimated monthly payment that was approx. $30 more than we were told 3 nights earlier. We ended up getting the Gold extended warranty but I felt a little blind sided when I saw the new monthly payment when we were doing the financing. More

Once I arrived, after being frustrated all morning, Angelia introduced me to Anthony and we immediately started to go over the wants/needs etc. I had been in car sales for so long that I was worried I was going to get what I consider a stereotypical sales approach - cheesy etc...Anthony was normal, real, understanding and made my two sons and my friend who was with, right at home. If you are reading this and are worried about your experience, I dont blame you....but you dont have to worry at Morries BP and especially with the team of people I worked with (Anthony, Josh and Angelia). Nice work - glad to come back again and again when needed. You had a great selection, pricing was clear, the cars were amazingly clean and presented very well. Dan worked with my busy schedule through out the process of getting all the details worked out. Will was very patient teacher as he demonstated all the new techie features on our new Pathfinder. I have been to numerous dealerships over the years and I have not had one good experience. Typically, the sales person has one goal, get you in and get you out with ANY car as long as you pay for it. Kirk have not had one good experience. Typically, the sales person has one goal, get you in and get you out with ANY car as long as you pay for it. Kirk Rose went the extra mile to find a car that fit. We test drove numerous cars and a couple he flat out said, I don't think would be your best fit because you have to replace this or that. He said this to the more expensive cars which I found astounding!!! He fit me into the Chevy Impala and it has been great and it was the least expensive of the cars I drove. He has since followed up with my AFTER the purchase to make sure the car is still a great fit and everything is going well with it. I will not buy another car without going to Kirk first!!! Great salesman and Morries as a dealership is top notch... More
