I've been leasing through Morrie's for the past 6 years, and have had a pretty positive experience until now - when I decided to buy out my lease. I went to Morrie's to see what my options were, and years, and have had a pretty positive experience until now - when I decided to buy out my lease. I went to Morrie's to see what my options were, and they tried every possible argument to convince me NOT to buy out my lease, and instead lease a new one. The salesperson called the sales manager over to try to convince me, and I felt very talked down to - as if I don't know what the pros and cons of leasing/buying are. I had made up my mind to buy my Sentra, and a few weeks later when I was ready to make the purchase, I called the salesperson to ask if he was the one I should do this transaction with, or if I should call someone else. He didn't call me back. I called again, this time asking to speak with a finance manager, inquiring about the APR they could offer me. I think I was transferred to the new care sales manager instead, and she said she couldn't find anything out about interest rates, and that I'd need to speak with a finance manager (but again, proceeded to try to sell me on a new lease deal instead of the buyout.) She said they were all at a meeting in the corporate office, but she'd leave my info for them and I'd get a call back. Almost a week passed and no one called me - so I called again…the woman at the front desk said no finance managers were available, but that she'd leave a message for one of them. A few days passed and I still didn't get a response. So I called a fourth time - and finally was able to speak with the Finance Director. He ran my credit and offered me a decent APR…but here's the kicker: He said that there was an additional $545 fee to buy out my lease. I said, "Oh, I didn't see that listed on my lease agreement - I thought it would only be the $150 purchase option fee." He said, "Yeah, it's not listed on the agreement, and most dealers won't tell you about that extra fee up front…but we let our customers know right up front. It's an administrative fee that we get charged by Nissan Finance." I was skeptical about this, so I called Feldmann Nissan in Bloomington (because I knew I could buy out my lease at any dealership). When I called, there were no finance managers available at the moment and the front desk person took my info and said they'd call me right back. I thought, "Oh boy, now I'm gonna need to wait another two weeks before anyone calls me back." But actually - I got a call back from a finance manager within a few hours, that same day. I asked him what their lease buyout fees were, and he said it would be the $150 purchase option fee. "So you don't have an additional $545 buyout fee? That's what Morrie's told me they'd charge." He said, "No… $545? I've never heard of that, I'm not sure what that is. We just have the $150 purchase option fee that's listed on the lease agreement." Fantastic, I thought - so I went right over to Feldmann to complete my purchase. The people I worked with there did not try any hard sell tactics or try to convince me to lease a new car instead of buying out my current lease. And to top it off - the finance manager was able to get me a significantly lower APR than Morrie's did. I scrutinized all the paperwork at Feldmann carefully to make sure that $545 fee was not hidden anywhere, and it was not. It's clear that Morrie's charges this extra, unnecessary fee while other dealerships do not. Overall - I was VERY happy with my experience with Feldmann, and appalled by my recent experience with Morrie's. I will be doing all my business at Feldmann from now on. More
My experience purchasing a vehicle from Kirk was excellent. His approach of not pressing the sale was refreshing after visiting many other dealerships in the Twin Cities area. I appreciated that he excellent. His approach of not pressing the sale was refreshing after visiting many other dealerships in the Twin Cities area. I appreciated that he was honest about his knowledge of the vehicle and offered to find out answers if he didn't happen to know off the top of his head. The great follow up after the sales and going above and beyond to help sort out some loose ends on my trade-in vehicle was incredible. Very friendly and professional. I highly recommend Kirk. More
We bought Nissan Rogue last Saturday. I think we got the best deal from Morris Nissan when compared to the other competitors. It was a pleasure meeting with Daniel there. He is really detail oriented and e best deal from Morris Nissan when compared to the other competitors. It was a pleasure meeting with Daniel there. He is really detail oriented and especially the way he greets and welcomes the people is one of his best qualities as a sales representative. He came with us for the test drive and explained all the different best features practically while driving. The best part was, since we were in hurry that day, they finished all the documentation in no time. Sales Associate like Daniel is certainly a value addition to Morris :-) Thank you. More
The overall experience with Daniel Dalluge was great! He was very patient and listened to what our needs were. He was not pushy. Dan also helped finding a used mini van for my wife. The area for improvem was very patient and listened to what our needs were. He was not pushy. Dan also helped finding a used mini van for my wife. The area for improvement would be the length of time it took to buy the vehicles. I don't think this was Dan's fault, but the paperwork process seemed to take longer. One other suggestion would be to improve the child area by removing the tables and chairs and putting a padding or carpeted floor in. In a perfect world a larger play area - obviously not too big - would be great. Morris Nissan needs more good people like Dan! I don't like having set up an account to submit a survey! More
I first heard from Daniel after I put in an internet inquiry to lease a Nissan. He quoted a price on a car that was an upgrade from my original car I had picked. It was a great deal and unlike other dea inquiry to lease a Nissan. He quoted a price on a car that was an upgrade from my original car I had picked. It was a great deal and unlike other dealerships I paid exactly the price he quoted me over the phone. I had not bought a new car in many years and he made the process pleasant and pressure free. I would highly recommend him and the dealership. I have already told many people about my positive experience. More

Overall I would my purchase of a vehicle. Dan Anderson by far has to be one of the best sales representatives I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Overall I would rate my experience with Morrie's as a perfect 10/10. The entire service team (at least those I had the pleasure of being introduced to) were professional, helpful, but above all else friendly. I will definitely recommend this location for quality inventory and exceedingly nice personnel to any of my family and friends looking to purchase a vehicle. More

I had the pleasure of purchasing a car with the help of Daniel Dalluge. What a terrific experience I had with him! He was energetic and upbeat from the start; he even had the car I was interested in waitin Daniel Dalluge. What a terrific experience I had with him! He was energetic and upbeat from the start; he even had the car I was interested in waiting for me when I pulled in. He had a route mapped out for the test drive and was friendly as well informative. He helped me make an informed decision and was able to even lock down a lower interest rate than my credit union offered me, which I thought wasn't going to be possible. Buying a car was a time consuming process, but with Daniel everything was as efficient as it could have been. I will absolutely recommend him as the best salesman around to any of my friends and family, and he has earned my future business as well. More
