I have purchased many cars as a single woman before and instead of being insulted and demoralized as I've experienced in a previous luxury dealership, this purchase by far was the most pleasant. I purchased a Lexus one owner, trade-in from Morrie's Brooklyn Park dealership and had the best overall car buying experience ever. I received a fair trade-in for my car, a deal on the price of the 'brand new', fully loaded, very immaculate, used car, and the finance portion of the deal was great. as well. I had been preapproved by my credit union for a low rate however, Josh found an even lower rate. The extended service plan I purchased was the platinum plan however, there was some flexibility to give me more months, more miles & less of a deductible at the same monthly rate to keep my payment the same which Josh did for me as he knew the warranty was important to me because of all the technology. The "Happy Customer' service motto is real at this dealership. They are looking for the long term relationship in sales and service beyond the one car buyer experience. Daniel was great to work with! He was very patient with me as this was my first new car purchase. I was trading my vehicle in, and he worked hard to get me the price I needed for my car in order to get the me as this was my first new car purchase. They also only had red cars in the car I was looking at, and I really wanted silver. He worked with another dealership to get me the car I wanted, and text me to let me know when the car was on it's way. He answered all my questions, and has been a great help with questions that have come up after I left the dealership. He makes it feel like they really care about your happiness with your purchase. I have been a customer of Morries Nissan since March of 2010 and have enjoyed every minute of it. I had originally leased a car with them back in 2010 and when my lease came due this summer, the sales staf 2010 and have enjoyed every minute of it. I had originally leased a car with them back in 2010 and when my lease came due this summer, the sales staff at Morries worked tirelessly with me to find a new car. After all the work their team over the course of two months, including countless test drives and incentive checks, I didn't end up finding anything within my budget that I really wanted. Their staff then worked with me to procure financing to purchase my 2010 Sentra and the additional warranty for the vehicle; I could not be happier with the staff and all the work they did with me to end my lease. I have also continued to service my vehicle at the dealership because of their knowledge of how my car should be run. The Service staff is always welcoming and makes it easy to understand the maintenance that needs to be done at the car at what time. They also make it easy for me to get my car serviced with early Saturday morning appointments. More

I didn't know exactly what I was looking for, but I had an idea. I wanted something unique, but also versatile. Something with space that didn't take a whole lot of room. So I sat down with a gentleman by the name of Dan Anderson at Morrie's Brooklyn Park Nissan Subaru. He helped walk me through the steps; looking at not only the cars they had on their lot, but vehicles through out the state. We looked at reports, both owner and maintenance. We drove across the cites, (Minneapolis – St. Paul and the surrounding suburbs) test driving and hunting for the right fit. I am a rather picky individual and as the first day drug on into two I expected to be pawned off on another sales person or pushed into a purchase I wasn't certain of. Yet Dan stuck with it until we could find transportation that not only reflected me style, but also my budget. A recently traded in Nissan Versa 2008 black, hatch-back. That last part was very important, I can't tell you why. The body was in great shape. The millage was better than I expected on any used vehicle. BB and I are now iconic among my circle of friends and I wouldn't have it any other way. I am very satisfied with not only the sale, but the continued service I recieve. There is something about free oil changes that seems to make me smile. I believe that anyone who is looking to buy a car, well, they should go some place else. For everyone who is looking to find the right match. The right fit. The right vehicle for you. They should go to Morrie's and talk with Dan. More
I visited Morrie's late on a Saturday afternoon. Dan worked to help me find the right car to fit my needs even past closing. He was pleasant and easy to work with. I haven't owned a car in over 10 years and decided to finally get one. After searching multiple websites, I finally had found one that really excited me on the Morrie's website. On a Saturday I contacted finally get one. After searching multiple websites, I finally had found one that really excited me on the Morrie's website. On a Saturday I contacted Morrie's to ask if the car was still available. I was told yes it was. So I planned to go in Monday to view it and test drive. On Monday I received a call from Daniel apologizing that the car had been sold but he had some Altima's at some of the other Morrie's dealerships. He also indicated if I was interested he would have them transported to that location and I could go in for a test drive. None of those interested me so I thanked him for his help. I later received an email that Daniel sent me asking if I was interested in a 2013. (I had only been looking for 2010-2012). The car was just at the top of my price range and I had not even thought about a 2013 up until then. So I answered that I would be interested but I couldn't be out there until much later that night due to having to take public transportation across the twin city metro to get there. He told me to let him know what time I would get off and he would come pick me up. So he picked me up and I got to test drive the vehicle on the way back. I loved it. We helped guide me through the paperwork and answered all my questions. Later that day I drove home in my car. I walked away completely happy and satisfied I made the right choice. I have Daniel to thank for that. More
When my brother and I arrived we were quickly directed to Dan Anderson. We had a car selected from an online search. We weren't pressured. He patiently answered some further questions and walked us through a vehicle history when we asked to see that. After I decided I wanted a car. He turned the computer over to my brother to enter information for a quote on a loan. That was pretty painless. Then C J Hrebal the sales manager explained some warranty and insurance options with the expected monthly payments. C J also gave us some time to talk privately over the options. Again no pressure. After I selected my options we talked to Brian Kruscke, the finance manager. He had all the paperwork lined up efficiently and took time to explain the things being signed. The whole process was pretty pleasant and the people we worked with seemed very competent. All in all it was a good experience. More

When we came back the next day and asked to drive the car again, he took us back out and let us thoroughly go through the car again. He was patient and helped look at everything with us and gave us even more insights on what to look for in buying a used car. After buying a car on Saturday he followed up on Monday to insure that everything was going well with the car. Kirk did a great job and I'll definitely reach out to him the next time I buy a car.
