I Googled where in my zip code could I take my car for Nitrogen and it told my Brooklyn Park Subaru. I called and talked with Mike in the service department. He set up and appt for today. When I arrived this morning at the dealership, Mike was there, greeted me and took care of my car. My tires are now filled properly, and I am an extremely HAPPY CUSTOMER. I was dealing with a sister store, Morrie's Kia, and after having a terrible experience buying a used Nissan Pathfinder from them, I decided to go to Morrie's Nissan. I liked the used one I drove (from after having a terrible experience buying a used Nissan Pathfinder from them, I decided to go to Morrie's Nissan. I liked the used one I drove (from Kia) until it broke down on me twice. I returned it to the dealer and got my money back (with a ton of hassel). It made me think twice about going to Morrie's but it is close to my house and I loved the Pathfinder. Then I met Kirk Rose. Kirk did EVERYTHING right. He made me forget about my terrible experience at the Kia store. He got me into a new Pathfinder and dealt with all my issues from the Kia dealer that I needed help with (which wasn't his job to do). I would buy my next car from Kirk and would recommend anyone buying a car from Brooklyn Park Nissan to "Ask for Kirk" he truly will take care of you. More
