His genuine interest in understanding my requirements and budget, and providing his suggestions on various Murano trims made my car purchasing experience extremely pleasant at the Morrie's Nissan dealership. Mark possesses great sales technique which is not "selling whatever you can" but "understanding what the customer wants". During my visit, he explained the 'Buy Happy' and other benefits in details. He also had the cars ready and test drive route planned. Long story short, I am a happy customer and definitely recommend Mark to others. More
My 2011 Buick LaCrosse has tires that uses Nitrogen (green caps). The dealership where I bought my care does NOT have Nitrogen, nor do they plan on getting it. (Brookdale Luther ) My tires have been several pounds low and now in this bitterly cold weather they got so low that I had a service light on my dash blinking at me. I Googled where in my zip code could I take my car for Nitrogen and it told my Brooklyn Park Subaru. I called and talked with Mike in the service department. He set up and appt for today. When I arrived this morning at the dealership, Mike was there, greeted me and took care of my car. My tires are now filled properly, and I am an extremely HAPPY CUSTOMER. I submitted a request for financing and Daryl called me back later that day. Being a Friday I was amazed at the quick response. I went in later that night for just a test drive. He made the whole process very easy and fun. Joshua was very friendly and helped with all the massive amounts of paperwork that needed signing. For the part of the purchase that everyone dreads, Josh made it fun and easy to complete and get out of the dealer with my car. I was dealing with a sister store, Morrie's Kia, and after having a terrible experience buying a used Nissan Pathfinder from them, I decided to go to Morrie's Nissan. I liked the used one I drove (from after having a terrible experience buying a used Nissan Pathfinder from them, I decided to go to Morrie's Nissan. I liked the used one I drove (from Kia) until it broke down on me twice. I returned it to the dealer and got my money back (with a ton of hassel). It made me think twice about going to Morrie's but it is close to my house and I loved the Pathfinder. Then I met Kirk Rose. Kirk did EVERYTHING right. He made me forget about my terrible experience at the Kia store. He got me into a new Pathfinder and dealt with all my issues from the Kia dealer that I needed help with (which wasn't his job to do). I would buy my next car from Kirk and would recommend anyone buying a car from Brooklyn Park Nissan to "Ask for Kirk" he truly will take care of you. More
I have purchased many cars as a single woman before and instead of being insulted and demoralized as I've experienced in a previous luxury dealership, this purchase by far was the most pleasant. I purchased a Lexus one owner, trade-in from Morrie's Brooklyn Park dealership and had the best overall car buying experience ever. I received a fair trade-in for my car, a deal on the price of the 'brand new', fully loaded, very immaculate, used car, and the finance portion of the deal was great. as well. I had been preapproved by my credit union for a low rate however, Josh found an even lower rate. The extended service plan I purchased was the platinum plan however, there was some flexibility to give me more months, more miles & less of a deductible at the same monthly rate to keep my payment the same which Josh did for me as he knew the warranty was important to me because of all the technology. The "Happy Customer' service motto is real at this dealership. They are looking for the long term relationship in sales and service beyond the one car buyer experience. I agree this is the dealership to work with no matter what brand you are interested in purchasing. Linda R. More

I was trading my vehicle in, and he worked hard to get me the price I needed for my car in order to get the me as this was my first new car purchase. They also only had red cars in the car I was looking at, and I really wanted silver. He worked with another dealership to get me the car I wanted, and text me to let me know when the car was on it's way. He answered all my questions, and has been a great help with questions that have come up after I left the dealership. He makes it feel like they really care about your happiness with your purchase.
