Went in with the serious intention to buy a specific Subaru Impreza, listed on their website as $15,199. Beautiful car, had literally everything I was looking for in a vehicle. The car was up on a lift, so I wasn't able to test drive it. All fine, I mentioned I would put a down payment on it and buy it when I could test drive it, just to make sure it was the one. We were given a no to that idea. Turns out this perfect vehicle was MISPRICED ONLINE. It was supposed to be $17,999--KBB price for that same car in mint condition (this one had scrapes and dents). We told him we couldn't afford it unless it was lowered, and he said "I can't do that for you" and said bye to us there without even thinking or pretending to try to work with us on a price to purchase it. He seemed very "it's the end of work-day and I want to go home" (it was 8:15 when we got there--45 minutes before close) and wasn't very customer oriented unless CJ was around. All around it was a really disappointing experience. He gave up a sale right then and there because he would have had to compromise on one price on one vehicle (even though it was their advertised price online). More
We found a vehicle we wanted to test drive on Morries website. I called to make sure the vehicle was still in stock and Boris was very helpful. It was a pain-free day and although there was a slight delay in getting my car on site, they were very accommodating and even bought me lunch! Auditioning any new car meant getting my family of 5 AND our 70LB dog in the same place at the same time. He called as soon as he learned of the vehicle I eventually purchased and made himself available to show me the car the same day as suited my schedule. The vehicle I bought met and even exceeded what I was hoping to arrange for my daughter, she is thrilled with it. Bruce was great to work with and even went the extra mile - after the purchase he made a special trip to secure the second key which the seller had forgotten to bring just to make sure we had everything we needed. Ryan made the finance experience comfortable and easy to understand. Ryan took the time to talk through various options; he worked all of the figures for at least 3 different scenarios to help me choose. I appreciated both of these professionals who were definitely attentive, thorough, and caring and would happily recommend their services to friends and family. More

Kirk showed us a few cars that he thought we would like, then remembered a trade-in that came in the night before that w looking for a good used car. Kirk then did get the car detailed. It was a long process for the detailing. He told us of a restaurant next door, so we went to eat. It took a little time longer then he thought it would, but he stayed there until we left. I think he went that extra step. More

Responded to online ad, had trouble finding dealership, looking for "Morrie's", called for directions that led me to the Subaru side. Finance (Will) managed to get me approved for financing in spite of subterranean credit, specifying some info I had to provide. I also had to do some figuring to make sure the buy would fit my budget. On return, was advised part of my income, because direct-deposited to my wife, not usable in my income statement, changing the monthly rate from $284/mo. to $309. I couldn't do that, so the matter was presented to Joel, who arranged for terms I could manage. Was not totally tickled to find sale listed as $390 above Black Book retail in papers received in connection with sale. Price had said "Below KBB retail" which I knew to be a fantasy figure, but had no other info for the car. Found next day that one of the references requested (Fred Bailey) is a Subaru customer of yours and well pleased by you. More
