After browsing the web and finding a potential vehicle to purchase, my family and I stopped in to Morrie's just to look at options for vehicles. After talking with Rich about options from the previous Monday when I had my current vehicle appraised, meeting with Kirk to test drive the Mazda 3 they had online, little did I know that I would be purchasing said vehicle. I had originally just stopped in to see what options I had. Rich, Kirk and the entire sales team made my shopping experience smooth. Chris in Finance did everything to accomodate what price range was most affordable. The entire team made this one of the most enjoyable and easy going purchases of vehicles through a dealership. We have bought many vehicles from this dealership and have been there way too many times for car washes and such. All of our old sales associates have moved on so when we bought our latest vehicle we ha have been there way too many times for car washes and such. All of our old sales associates have moved on so when we bought our latest vehicle we had to find someone new. We walked in and Dan Anderson was the first one to greet us. Boy were we lucky. It took me over 2 months to decide on a vehicle that I wanted and Dan was patient enough to stick with us the whole time. Never once pressured us into something. Was willing to stay past close and drive us to other dealerships to look at vehicles. Even my 4 year old son bonded with him while on our numerous test drives. After the we bought the vehicle, Dan has helped us with some little issues that have come up or has showed us some of the features on our Honda Pilot. I hope he sticks around for a few more decades so we purchase all of our cars from him. More

He was knowledgable, professional and genuinely friendly. He made the process simple and straightforward and went the extra mile to make sure we had all the information we needed. Went in with the serious intention to buy a specific Subaru Impreza, listed on their website as $15,199. Beautiful car, had literally everything I was looking for in a vehicle. The car was up on a lift, so I wasn't able to test drive it. All fine, I mentioned I would put a down payment on it and buy it when I could test drive it, just to make sure it was the one. We were given a no to that idea. Turns out this perfect vehicle was MISPRICED ONLINE. It was supposed to be $17,999--KBB price for that same car in mint condition (this one had scrapes and dents). We told him we couldn't afford it unless it was lowered, and he said "I can't do that for you" and said bye to us there without even thinking or pretending to try to work with us on a price to purchase it. He seemed very "it's the end of work-day and I want to go home" (it was 8:15 when we got there--45 minutes before close) and wasn't very customer oriented unless CJ was around. All around it was a really disappointing experience. He gave up a sale right then and there because he would have had to compromise on one price on one vehicle (even though it was their advertised price online). More
