First car purchase! I recently purchased my first car from Bruce Bowman at Morrie's Brooklyn Park Nissan. I was pleasantly surpised how 1) I wasn't pressured into anythin I recently purchased my first car from Bruce Bowman at Morrie's Brooklyn Park Nissan. I was pleasantly surpised how 1) I wasn't pressured into anything. I was informed of the optional items and warranties I could purchase but once I said no thanks they moved on and 2) how quickly the whole process went. I figured I would spend at least two hours filling out paperwork and answering questions, but I was out of there in less than half that time...simpling amazing! Thanks to all the staff at Morrie's BP (including Bruce, Ted, and Tina) for all there help in making my first car purchase such a success!!! More

Dave directed us to a couple vehicles and our daughter test drove one and really liked it. We would not have looked at that car if Dave did not bring it to out attention. It has been an excellent running vehicle. Dave also stayed with us during the entire process and made sure that it went fast and smooth. Dave knows the vehicles and what he does not know he will find out for you, he really cares that the customer is happy and satisfied and that is a rare commodity these days. Buying a car out of state from Kirk Rose I am from California and I found a truck online to purchase from Morrie's Brooklyn Park. I spoke with a salesmen named Kirk Rose. I found him very helpful and willing to do whatever I needed him to do to make our deal work. He did...and more. I flew all the way from California to the agency and Kirk gladly picked me up from the airport. Once I arrived at the agency, I looked the truck over and discovered that it was missing a spare tire/wheel. It was difficult to find as it is usually underneath the bed of the truck. I was troubled about the missing spare as I did not want to drive the truck 2,000 miles without a spare. Kirk went to work calling about every dealership in Minneapolis trying to find a spare wheel and tire. Since it was Saturday, few agencies were open. After not being successful with finding a spare wheel on a Saturday, Kirk easily agreed with me that the truck would not be a good purchase for me. I was pleased because he showed more concern about me than selling a car. In fact, he was ready to drive me back to the Airport. However, after meeting his manager and finance manager, I was further impressed with their willingness to help be above and beyond selling me a car. As a result, I started to look around their lot. And to my surprise, I found another care...and the sales manager made me a deal I couldn't refuse. I ended up buying that care and I am happy to tell you I drove it back to California with no problems....the car drove great! And after my first day on the road, Kirk even called me to ask how I was doing and. Very thoughtful. I can be a pretty critical person, but I have little to complain about Morrie" Nissan. They were professional and very helpful. But more importantly to me, they cared more about me than selling me a car. Truly an experience I found refreshing for a car dealership. I highly recommend Morrie's . And if you can, please look up Kirk Rose....he will treat you with personal care and professionalism not often found in car agencies. Also, I hope you get to work with Cindy in Finance as she was very nice to work with. But not just Kirk and Cindy, but all of salesmen/women I encountered at Morrie's Nissan were truly professional, genuine and sincere in their care for me as an individual first...then as a customer. You won't go wrong doing business at Morrie's. I just wish we had more professionals Like Kirk, Cindy and their team at Morrie's ......out here in California. He made sure we knew what we were getting into. We had out 2 year old son with us, so Dave checked in to make sure the process was as fast as possible. We did go on a Saturday, so the dealership was vey busy. Dave made sure to keep us updated on the progress and let us know where to pick up the car after the paperwork was done. If you are looking for an honest salesman, who will tell you the truth, not what you want to hear, I highly recommend Dave Petersen! I would not work with anyone else! If you go to Morries Nissan/Subaru make sure to ask for Dave Petersen! More
